This was our first time at this brand hotel and we were very pleased. They are smaller hotels (we have passed several more now) and have clean comfortable rooms. The toilet and shower area left some space to be desired- literally the door barely misses the toilet, but other that that the experience was very good!

A few more breakfast items would be nice, but they offered all the standard hotel stuff.

We had driven ALL DAY and I REALLY wanted to soak my sore body in a hot tub. We booked this hotel specifically because it had one. I was very impressed that the pool hours lasted to midnight (rare), but I was extremely disappointed when I went to relax and found that the spa was NOT WORKING!! It was warm, but no pressure from the jets. I mentioned it to the staff right away, and again in the morning. They were very much aware of the problem and a professional was supposed to come fix the problem in the next few days… but I received no discount and, more importantly, was not informed of the problem EVEN THOUGH I mentioned my intention before completing the booking the night we arrived

AmericInn Bemidji was very nice and a pleasant surprise after some disappointments along the way from western Washington to Minneapolis. The facility is newer and in excellent condition, and our room was very clean. The staff was very welcoming (we appreciated the cookies upon our arrival). The breakfast and the breakfast area were very good - much better than most. A good endorsement for AmericInns, which we had not tried previously. If you like ice cream, don't miss Big River Scoop downtown on Bemidji Avenue North - just be prepared to possibly stand in a long line.

No criticisms - a very pleasant facility and staff.

The location, the staff was kind and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and of course the pool and hot tub is a bonus as well. All around a good experience. I've stayed here a few times before when visiting Bemidji and will stay again in the future.it

Love the Continental Breakfasts at hotels. Makes it so easy to grab a little breakfast & go. The people are really great that worked in the hotel? Rooms looked beautiful & spotless. My husband & I thought the Dove 9 ounce bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower in holders were the best thing ever. I really wished you could buy them from the stores. Not like a dispenser where you have to empty a bottle in.

Its hard to think of anything that was bad! We did find a taco in the microwave that people before us heated up & forgot!! was funny!

Breakfast was okay, good location

No elevator, booking.com screwed up my reservation, I asked to cancel 2 of the 3 rooms, I even got confirmation that they did it. But when I got there, they cancelled ALL three. Luckily I was able to get a room, AND THE RATE WAS ALMOST 20 % CHEAPER THAN THE RATE BOOKING.COM QUOTED!

The Innkeeper was excellent. Professional, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was good. We asked for a main floor room, and got one so that was great.

The room was a bit dated. And it was smaller than the AmericInn we stayed at in other locations.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, we liked that it was pet-friendly.

The pillows are very small. I wishes we’d had standard sized pillows. The area surrounding the hotel is very loud between the cars, giant trucks and motorcycles. The AC in the room was very noisy and just kept kicking on and off all night, waking me up.

The pool and hot tub were great. The hotel is nicely positioned. The breakfast provided was a cooked breakfast and to a very high standard. Best we have ever had. The rooms and hotel layout were also at a high standard.

The staff didn’t point out that the rooms would not be serviced unless requested.

Liked someone cleaning breakfast area continuously. When someone left the area it was cleaned immediately. I have serious gluten allergies. There were gluten free options available.

Price was high.
