The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were there for a very short time, but myself and my coworkers were really impressed with the facilities. The breakfast had plenty of options in the morning and was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there on a weekday morning outside of the busy season so this is in no way surprising, but it seemed like there were very few staff members around in the morning. It was not a problem at all, but just the only thing I could think of that I noticed.

Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast selection although gluten free dairy free selection very limited. Parking was plentiful especially for trucks and larger vehicles.

The noise level in the lobby was extreme with 2 youth hockey teams and their parents taking over the hotel. However, It was very quiet after the designated quiet hours and I did think the hotel handled it as well as you can. It was just the noise was overwhelming as there were people staying there for other reasons like attending funerals

The hotel is obviously new and has many place to sit on the ground level. The elevators had lighted numbers to let us know which elevator would arrive first. .Also, we had a problem with our refrigerator during our first night and after we reported this to the front desk in the morning, they quickly found someone to fix the problem. This is very unusual and made our stay much better, Also, the breakfast selections were all very good.

There is no visible signage out front near the street and the hotel is set back off the road behind a T-Mobile/Starbucks building so it was not easy to find the entrance. We actually spent time driving back and forth to find where to enter. They really need to do something about that.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. The room was bigger than I thought and had enough space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety of foods. Loved the complimentary hot beverage bar available all hours. We had a problem with our mini fridge and called the front desk. Someone was there to fix it within 5 minutes! Great service!!

Our stay was great! My only complaint would be for my sensory sensitive people… the lights in the main lobby are really bright and the elevator alerts were loud. None of that impacted my stay though!

The Breakfast was amazing. The staff working the breakfast were the best. So friendly and helpful. The staff working the front desk were extremely nice and also friendly and helpful. The cleaning people did a great job as well. The facility was nice but the staff made the stay even more enjoyable.

Didn’t do the breakfast. Rooms were very clean. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. Plenty parking for those people with disabilities. Lobby is warm and inviting. The fireplace is a nice touch.

One of the handles in the shower fell of in my hands.the shower curtain hangs out over the threshold and floods the bathroom floor. If I caused the flooding it’s because there was nothing there to tell me how to avoid it.

Good selection. Staff offered to help me carry food to our room for my husband. She did not, I was ok. Very kind of her to offer.

We really wanted a handicapped room, none were available. We were able to have a late check out, so so helpful for us. Front desk personal very kind and helpful.

Staff were very friendly. Our family ran in the marathon in Duluth and they had breakfast items for them at 3:30 in the morning so they could eat something before their run. The lady that checked us in went over and above to help us. Very clean, quiet hotel. Would highly recommend and stay there again

We didn’t have the breakfast but the hotel decor was fantastic. Rooms were spacious & well designed. Lots of device plugins. Fridge & microwaves GREAT. Walk-in shower GREAT. Best thing: Light around the bathroom mirror took 10 years off! lol

We arrived after dark. The entrance could have been lit up better as the hotel was set back quite far. We noticed lots of people missed it & drove through the sand lot next door.

I enjoyed the space of the bed and the room. Breakfast was very efficient and it was good. I also like the provided body wash, shampo, and conditioner.

I got bit by a spider during the first name while I was sleeping, not a big deal but wasn't quite pleasant. I also didn't love that the pool was always heted.
