Very clean - new furnishings- polite staff - we chose this hotel because it was the only one with a fitness room.

Specifically - we stayed in room 301. I had the bed closest to the window. This mattress needs to be turned. It became obvious immediately- I felt like I was sleeping on a slope. I’m sure people sit on the edge between the beds and tend to choose that side of the queen bed - as did I- but it’s pretty bad. A minor detail - the upper windows around the pool are filthy. When you’re walking on the treadmill- it’s pretty gross. Still - I loved this place - my room and bathroom and the hallways and elevators were absolutely immaculate. The breakfast was also delicious with many choices for dietary needs and preferences.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were there for a very short time, but myself and my coworkers were really impressed with the facilities. The breakfast had plenty of options in the morning and was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there on a weekday morning outside of the busy season so this is in no way surprising, but it seemed like there were very few staff members around in the morning. It was not a problem at all, but just the only thing I could think of that I noticed.

Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast selection although gluten free dairy free selection very limited. Parking was plentiful especially for trucks and larger vehicles.

The noise level in the lobby was extreme with 2 youth hockey teams and their parents taking over the hotel. However, It was very quiet after the designated quiet hours and I did think the hotel handled it as well as you can. It was just the noise was overwhelming as there were people staying there for other reasons like attending funerals

The hotel is obviously new and has many place to sit on the ground level. The elevators had lighted numbers to let us know which elevator would arrive first. .Also, we had a problem with our refrigerator during our first night and after we reported this to the front desk in the morning, they quickly found someone to fix the problem. This is very unusual and made our stay much better, Also, the breakfast selections were all very good.

There is no visible signage out front near the street and the hotel is set back off the road behind a T-Mobile/Starbucks building so it was not easy to find the entrance. We actually spent time driving back and forth to find where to enter. They really need to do something about that.

The room was spacious with lots of room for seating (easy chairs, desk, etc.) in addition to the two lovely, extremely comfortable beds and a large TV. The bathroom was also large, with plenty of counter space and a great shower. The hot breakfast was well above average in quality and variety of offerings.

We loved the ambiance, and Heather, who checked us in, was very friendly.

A person was smoking outside the breakfast area in the evening. He held the door open so he could watch the football game, and it allowed the smoke to permeate the whole area. Heather, the person in charge took care of the problem.

The Breakfast was amazing. The staff working the breakfast were the best. So friendly and helpful. The staff working the front desk were extremely nice and also friendly and helpful. The cleaning people did a great job as well. The facility was nice but the staff made the stay even more enjoyable.

Great facility, lots of space on the first level for sitting. Nice interior finishes. Room was very comfortable.

The free coffee was a nice touch but the quality was quite poor. The elevator was very close to the pool. And the floor of the elevator was often quite wet.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. The room was bigger than I thought and had enough space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety of foods. Loved the complimentary hot beverage bar available all hours. We had a problem with our mini fridge and called the front desk. Someone was there to fix it within 5 minutes! Great service!!

Our stay was great! My only complaint would be for my sensory sensitive people… the lights in the main lobby are really bright and the elevator alerts were loud. None of that impacted my stay though!

Wow! One of the nicest, cleanest, well appointed, welcoming, and surprising hotels we’ve ever stayed in! Exceptional in every way - from breakfast to bathroom, lobby to parking - just the finest!

While it does have a very nice pool, it does not have a hot tub.
