The building was conveniently located, interior was nicely done and rooms were beautiful. Lobby was nice and bright with a few items available for purchase. The kitchen in the room was very nice. Nice refrigerator, coffee pot and cooktop. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows! We want to know the brand they were the best! I dealt with two different employees and both were very friendly.

Pool was not yet opened which I was disappointed in because I really love swimming and was looking forward to it. But the room and building and employees made up for it.

We were very satisfied. Oh, and we were in the room for hearing accessibility. Never had that before. I am hearing impaired, and we did try out the hearing "switch". Nice. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast would have been nice. With the price we paid for our room, we felt breakfast would have been nice. I don't like having breakfast in bed. Also, the pillows were too thick. Both of us have CPAP machines, and hard to get comfortable to sleep with hoses and masks running from our faces.

Obviously a fairly new hotel when we stayed there as it still had the "new" carpet smell (not that that was a problem). The place was impeccably clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. Since it is a couple blocks off the main road it was super quiet Staff receive a HUGE kudos from me for returning my pillow in the mail when I forgot it! I did have to mail them self-addressed packaging for them to send it in but I was very thrilled they accommodated my request. Excellent place to stay in Grand Rapids!

The bed was super comfy, the room had everything you could want including a desk, full size refrigerator, and stovetop; and it was quiet and peaceful even on a busy holiday weekend.

Check-in was a little slow as they were having trouble with their computer, but the gal was very nice and relaxed and communicated with us, and it still was a pleasant experience.

We ended up staying there as the original hotel we booked did not have the pool working, and was frankly, disgusting in general. I had never her of a my place before and was very surprised of the quality, cleanliness and the amenities provided! We will definately be looking for My place again on future trips!

It wasn’t clustered with guests like other places. The Staff, were exceptionally kind and understanding. Kayla, went above and beyond and even took the time to give me her personal opinion on a song I wrote.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it.

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very friendly and professional.

Only think we found wrong was the drain plug in the tub wouldn’t stay open so we had to stick a wash cloth in it so the tub wouldn’t drain

Seems like a fairly new hotel sitting on a huge empty lot away from the main highway. I was impressed with the kitchenette in the room. Instead if going out to eat, you can cook your own food in the room.

The shower curtain was pretty short... can easily flood up the bathroom.

Very clean. Found out that we could have brought our poodle!!! Next time we will!

On our floor there was strong spicy cooking smells. But that is part of the unique experience of the property so we got used to it
