Everything was excellent. They were clean, the bed was comfortable the breakfast was delicious and the staff were nice and friendly.

I had a single king bed and the room was a nice size for just me. I wonder if it would feel kinda tight if someone else was in the room with me. Also the ac would not cut off even after I turned it off and the phone did not work. The staff did offer to come look at the ac, I did opt out because I was heading out. Other than that everything was very nice.

The water was warm, not hot for showers. There were about 6 busses parked around property and two buses were parked in the parking spots along the lack of the building, causing other guests to have to park on back row and not close to building. Busses should not have been allowed to take up all parking spots near building on back.

-No closets (hooks/racks instead) -No Internet the first couple days due to power outages

Love the access, the rooms are always clean, and the staff is exceptional.

Out of the dozen or more times we have stayed here this has to be the most uncomfortable bed in the hotel. A pallet of cinder blocks may have been more comfortable to sleep on.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean as well as the facility as a whole.

The rooms are very small and cramped, ESPECIALLY when you consider the price. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and have paid less for more.

The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Overall I had a great stay. I will be staying there on my next trip to Greenville.

The room didn't have a microwave and the room was small for the price of $181.50 for one night.

Greenville as a city has discolored water that is safe to drink and bathe in, but it is a bit disconcerting. Fortunately, the hotel provides bottled water, as much as you want basically. Mostly fast food choices around the area.

The property was clean and welcoming. They offer hot breakfast in the morning and coffee all day. The location was not in a crowded area. It is easy to access and get in and out of. There were also plenty of parking spaces in the front.

Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth the price. I’ve stayed in hotels that offered more that were less expensive. For example, the king room I stayed in was very small, with no closet or full sized ironing board, or even a microwave. I was expecting more based on what the price was. Also, the doors to the hotel rooms looked a bit worn. I was in room 112. The door doesn’t even close on its own. You have to close it extra hard to ensure it’s locked. The others looked similar.

I had the best customer service in Greenville. Miss Rhonda was an absolute joy. She was the sweetest. We traveled for a wedding and, Rhonda was so refreshing to chat with. All of the staff was fantastic. I believe her name was Alicia, but she also was kind and recommended the local food spots. Thank you for a great experience. They all deserve raises you all work so hard. Thank you Greenville!

In general my stay was very good...the only aspect that I would comment on would be the overall cleaning of the bathroom...more attention to showers and the bottom of the toilet ( it had blood on it)
