This place is always one of the best values in the area. I stay here frequently. The rooms are always fairly clean, they all have decent flat screen tv's with cable and a decent channel selection. Bathrooms always have gpod hot water and good water pressure. There is nothing fancy or extra with this place but, i always feel as though it was worth what I paid. The hvac units in the rooms are always in good working order with a/cs that keep the room nice and cold which, for me is an important factor. My favorite thing about this motel is the pet friendly policy. They never charge me any extra for my dog who is always with me.

They are rather bare bones when it comes to extra amenities and/or comfort. There is minimal bedding. We always bring our own extra blankets and pillows. There are only like 2 towel sets normaly and they are super thin and small in size so it takes pretty much every towel for 1 person to dry off from 1 shower and they are less than generous when you request extra pillows or towels. They might have a couple bars of soap in the rooms but, no extra shampoos, conditioners, etc. Also no breakfast is offered.

The staff is amazing very chill, laid back . It is located close to shopping options. The room was nice and cold the entire time . The shower water temperature was nice and hot consistently. Options to pay were nice . Bed was comfortable with clean crisp bedding. The room was big and spacious.

There wasn't anything unpleasant or anything I didn't like .

Very friendly owner. Check in was fast. Wanted extra pillows and gave us two. Room had a nice large tv with direct tv. Microwave and working refrigerator. It was a quiet place. Large room with good working ac. The smell in room was smoke free was which was nice sense we wanted non smoking room. We did have nice stay.

Floors could use wet mop. A little dusty from no use. Walls in bathroom needed a cleaning it had been awhile. Mattress was a little hard. Plain simple room no large chair or other place to sit except right in front of tv. Room needs a little tlc but not bad.

Shower was good.

Sheets had some small stains.

Everything ...staff was really mellow and helpful, rooms and grounds very nice and clean
