Carlos your breakfast man was great. He just wanted everyone to be happy and he filled all of there needs. Tammy our room service staff member was terrific. She just wanted to fix and satisfy needs. Daniele or "Danny" was also a great window to our and others happiness. She is a pro. I felt her desire to be helpful. Please tell them privately I said Thank you. I'll be back to ask them. Thanks

I love that all the staff were so helpful and nice. Check in was easy and smooth and then any questions we had were answered and the front desk lady was so nice. We went down for breakfast and John was so nice and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of options something for everyone. The pool was clean and nice and cold in the middle of the summer heat! The rooms I can say were so impressive, we were by the elevator and never once heard it, there were multiple people here and you cannot hear their doors open or close like most motel’s. 10/10 will be returning!

The only thing was the air conditioning was not up to my likings but that is also because I get hot quick. But when I said something they said we could go to another room, the air was the same in that room so we stayed in our first room, but it was very hot and humid and if you set the air on 65 not 61 it will put out cool air, I suggest if your a on average hot person bring a fan. Some of the people were cold in the room and some were hot so it’s based on the person.

Everything was great from beginning to end of our stay. Nicest hotel I have stayed at so far in Festus, MO. The room was very clean and seemed to have recently been updated. Great time in the pool and a great breakfast to start the day off. Had a pleasant conversation with Ms. Marilyn upon our departure. Last but definitely not least, I must give a shout out to Chloé at our arrival she had a welcoming way about her. She had a warming smile and was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great memory, and keep up the great work.

The elevator was not working. Of course, that is a mechanical item that can go out at any time, so I can not ding them for that. 😆

The breakfast was excellent.

I absolutely have a disdain for single-ply toilet paper. This is the one and only thing you could have done to make my visit more pleasant. So much so that when I had to open a second roll of toilet paper I was happy that it was of better quality. Actually, the worst thing about the stay was the realization that I'm now old because I have toilet paper preferences and am willing to spend time writing out a review. Really though, I liked everything about my stay except for that single factor. I'm probably going to stay again when I visit family in Arnold. Please provide better toilet paper, I will literally pay you more money for better toilet paper.

Didn't choose to eat breakfast

Better bathroom lighting by toilet/tub area. Non slip area in bottom of tub was NOT non slip material. Also I use hot bath to soak my lower back after 12 hrs on my feet as RN at hospital. The bottom of tub did not look like something I would want to sit on to soak. Whatever was painted on bottom for non slip surface was smeared uo the sides and by drain. Very nasty looking.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the many options. Our shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was good, the room was clean. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

We had a ground floor room so we were happy but the elevator was broken for those on the upper floors. Also the first floor ice maker was broken.

The rooms were very clean and I love my head the location and everything the only thing that would have been nice is if the elevators would have been working

The elevators didn't work and the buzzer was constantly going off in the one elevator I'm glad I wasn't near that elevator door or I probably wouldn't have had a very good stay and I had a great day

Breakfast was excellent and offered gluten free options including fresh cooked eggs and sausage, fruits, oatmeal, yogurt, and GF cereal options! The cleanliness and vibe was superb. Our room had a beautiful view of the forests and hills (looked like mountains) to the east. Many shopping and dining conveniences nearby including excellent drivethru car wash and an urgent care center within a mile or so .

The shower Pressure was a little lower than I prefer but was way better than many places I've stayed. I wish they used 4 cup coffee makers in the room rather than single cup brewer.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant, convienient

Handicap room needs pole in tub to position shower at reachable level and narrow h shaped grab bar at outside front of tub. A fold down shower bench would, also be good. The tub is not usable, as is, for someone who cannot stand steadily, lean and reach.

The breakfast was fantastic they had something for everyone in my group room was comfortable and clean the shower had good pressure and stayed hot after multiple people
