Clean, modern hotel. Polite, accommodating staff. Breakfast was yummy.

There seemed to be lots of unaccompanied minors roaming the building at all hours. Many were part of a ball team with nonexistent adults. They were running in hallways, rough in the pool, and rude around the food areas. I realize it isn't the hotel chains job to manage unruly kids, but it made for a rough experience for my family. Large groups could possibly be accommodated in a single wing of the hotel to contain the rowdy, rude and rough behaviors.

Upon arrival until we checked out our whole time was awesome. The Manager is hands on, the team was and we’re all productive and the overall cleanliness from vestibule to shower must have been cleaned by those who clean and sanitize Operating Rooms. The price is fair, not the lowest, but the few extra dollars will keep this property pristine for the next guests,,,, think of it as “Paying It Forward”. Not sure what the Secert sauce is but they have it!!!!!

Leaving was the worst.

The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Clean facilities.

The people the next floor up had small children that would wake up before 6am stomping around and jumping off furniture. It would last for hours.

The cookie hour was great!

Couldn't get the wifi to work but forgot to ask for help. The breakfast was good! Except the scramble eggs were wet a lot, with water.

Property and room was clean, fast easy check in/out, pool and gym were very nice.

TVs could use some updating. Used to smart tv to be able to sign into accounts to watch movies/shows away from home.

The pool was warm

I noticed blood on our sheets which was really gross and our room had food on the floor that wasn’t ours it was there before we got there

Breakfast was excellent. In the evening when we checked in, there were some cookies and milk on a table in the lobby

Everything was fine

Breakfast was amazing and super fresh. The room was spotless and comfy. The location was close to Saint Louis and everything else we had on our itinerary. If and when we come back I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again.

The lady that checked us in asked 3 times what were in town for. Seeing that I was there for a funeral that was already going to be a hard day I didn't really feel like answering the 2nd time around. Maybe find some type of other conversation to have with your guests?!

We had a great stay as always....Everything was good including breakfast ! And our all time favorite is the cookies and milk before bed.

It was something but they made things right !

the property was great! it was clean and a great location if you are going to something in STL.

it took the staff 15 minutes to even acknowledge us when we were trying to check in. They didn’t even look up and say, we will be with you in a moment until after we were standing there for 15 minutes. They were having a bad day, but they could have at least spoken to us while we were standing in front of the desk.
