Very comfortable bed. Efficient A/C. Shower had very good pressure and temperature. The free (included) drinks and food in the evening (5:30pm - 7:00pm) was a nice added bonus. Unsurprisingly I suppose, it was very busy at the start although cleared out later. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The attached parking garage is very convenient although it would have been helpful if it had been made clear on the hotel information that check-in was required before using the garage as a room key is required for access. The $20/night parking fee seemed reasonable given what other hotels in St Louis were charging but that's probably comes from the fact that this hotel is a little further from the riverfront and arch. The Union Station complex across the road from the hotel has a handful of restaurants which is helpful. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the Gateway Arch and the route seemed safe to me.
Breakfast was adequate but uninspiring.

Everything was great to the room, breakfast, and small dinner with 3 free alcohol drinks from 5:30 to 7 was a plus but only could do it Friday night bc Backlash was Saturday night within a ten min walk from hotel. Also the Train Depot has different pricing for all the stuff to do across from hotel. We got the unlimited band for Ferris wheel, putt putt gold, and carousel, I think was $27 which was a good price for unlimited! There were a few eating places inside there, but best place was the ice cream shop very good ice cream.
Actually if I had to ping anything is I wished the pool and jacuzzi area was open past 10pm bc we didn’t have time after the wrestling event to go swimming. Then the fridge wasn’t cool enough but did the job.

The staff members with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful. They offered both a free breakfast as well as some food during the dinner hours, which would be helpful for anyone traveling on a budget or with limited time. The room itself was also quite nice, well made up and clean.
The only thing that was somewhat tricky was finding the entrance to the parking garage; it is easy to miss even when driving past somewhat slowly. The parking facility itself was fine enough and it was on site, but a more clearly visible sign at the entrance would be helpful.

Everything exceeded my expectations of this facility. The food was great! From my experience with most hotel breakfast the biscuits are always hard, the biscuits at Drury Inn were soft and fluffy. I was surprised with the evening "snacks". We were able to eat dinner at the hotel and it was good.
The only issue we had was Saturday night, there was no parking in the garage. I know there were a lot of events that evening and there were a lot more people at the hotel Saturday vs Friday night. Overall everything was great and this was not a huge issue.

It’s a beautiful building. The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast and happy hour. Parking garage was easy to get in and out of. Also extremely convenient to many different activities nearby!
Truly the only downside was the single elevator to our area of the building. It became much easier to walk the stairs due to how long the elevator would take. I suspect it’s limited because it’s a historic building and they kept a lot of that intact. So it’s understandable but was really the only inconvenience.

It was a great location for the show we came into town for at the keil center(or whatever it's called now). Room was clean, it was quiet (for being downtown), the staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was really good also.
The price was a bit more than expected for a typical / generic hotel room, it's 20 dollars to park in the garage behind the hotel. Yes, it's secure. I feel with the cost of the hotel it should be included. I understand location makes a huge difference, I could have just stayed elsewhere for 1/3 the price and spent my money on an experience rather than a room I'm just sleeping in. The lamp outlet between the beds didn't work and the desk lamp was completely inoperable. It was a good hotel and would recommend it if paying nearly 300 a night for a bed is your thing.

The vintage brass and wood. Not the usual cookie cutter as are newer buildings. The breakfast and evening food was really nice to have expense wise and so convenient and good . Great for the Union Station activities. Being a senior couple with our grandchild the meal and activities convenience made a big difference for our energy level.
The double queen room had the beds way too close to the wall. It was actually a hazard for my upper 80s husband to get out of bed and I could not take the side because of soft brace for patella fx. It would be uncomfortable for any situation.

We enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn in St. Louis. Location was GREAT was able to walk to the aquarium from the hotel and it was only a short easy drive to the zoo. Staff was VERY friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was clean and good size. I've never requested rooms close to each other ahead of time and when we arrived, our rooms were actually right next to each other, MOST hotels do not do that.

Taking care of my case has been really slow. First, the receptionist has been busy with another customer, which I would understand in normal situations, but that customer was dealing with a more complex case than mine: I simply needed a room to spend the night after a very difficult 14 hours-long flight and troubles with the public transports. Moreover, registration have been slowed by issues with the computer system from the hotel. Since it was not possible to manually register my reservation, first I had to reserve a room with Booking.com, second I had to wait 15 minutes before the online reservation could be registered in the system. Result: I have waited literally half an hour before having been given access to the room.

The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful building. It was old but charming, with interesting details. Lots of families which was understandable, with the free breakfast and evening kickback. Also the proximity to the aquarium. We also appreciated the safe, secure parking right next to the building. We felt $20 was a great deal for overnight parking in downtown St. Louis. The staff members were friendly.
Our initial room had a non working AC, but they gave us a new room promptly with a better view.
