Everything exceeded my expectations of this facility. The food was great! From my experience with most hotel breakfast the biscuits are always hard, the biscuits at Drury Inn were soft and fluffy. I was surprised with the evening "snacks". We were able to eat dinner at the hotel and it was good.

The only issue we had was Saturday night, there was no parking in the garage. I know there were a lot of events that evening and there were a lot more people at the hotel Saturday vs Friday night. Overall everything was great and this was not a huge issue.

It was a great location for the show we came into town for at the keil center(or whatever it's called now). Room was clean, it was quiet (for being downtown), the staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was really good also.

The price was a bit more than expected for a typical / generic hotel room, it's 20 dollars to park in the garage behind the hotel. Yes, it's secure. I feel with the cost of the hotel it should be included. I understand location makes a huge difference, I could have just stayed elsewhere for 1/3 the price and spent my money on an experience rather than a room I'm just sleeping in. The lamp outlet between the beds didn't work and the desk lamp was completely inoperable. It was a good hotel and would recommend it if paying nearly 300 a night for a bed is your thing.

The vintage brass and wood. Not the usual cookie cutter as are newer buildings.The breakfast and evening food was really nice to have expense wise and so convenient and good . Great for the Union Station activities. Being a senior couple with our grandchild the meal and activities convenience made a big difference for our energy level.

The double queen room had the beds way too close to the wall. It was actually a hazard for my upper 80s husband to get out of bed and I could not take the side because of soft brace for patella fx. It would be uncomfortable for any situation.

Taking care of my case has been really slow. First, the receptionist has been busy with another customer, which I would understand in normal situations, but that customer was dealing with a more complex case than mine: I simply needed a room to spend the night after a very difficult 14 hours-long flight and troubles with the public transports. Moreover, registration have been slowed by issues with the computer system from the hotel. Since it was not possible to manually register my reservation, first I had to reserve a room with Booking.com, second I had to wait 15 minutes before the online reservation could be registered in the system. Result: I have waited literally half an hour before having been given access to the room.

The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful building. It was old but charming, with interesting details. Lots of families which was understandable, with the free breakfast and evening kickback. Also the proximity to the aquarium. We also appreciated the safe, secure parking right next to the building. We felt $20 was a great deal for overnight parking in downtown St. Louis. The staff members were friendly.

Our initial room had a non working AC, but they gave us a new room promptly with a better view.

Our AirBnB cancelled on us two days prior, so we were thankful to get a room at the Drury Inn Union Station and it was a Godsend! Complimentary breakfast and dinner/snack options saved us so much! The location is outstanding for a walk to the Union Station Wheel and area restaurants! The room's AC was running excellently and the bathroom's hot water and pressure were just what we dreamed of at a hotel! Perfect place to stay! Outstanding!

We came in for a 2 day stay for a concert. The building is an older building and it was maintained really well and the rooms are very clean. The bathrooms need a little upgrade. Loved that parking was for hotel and guest only and reasonably priced. The breakfast and Kickback hour buffet was good. The staff is very friendly. We really had a stay. Will come back again.

We didn't spend much time in the room. However, they can use an upgrade TV remote.

Close to restaurants, great restaurant on site, nice staff, comfortable beds, 3 free drinks per person per night, excellent free breakfast,

"High floor" with a "view" - we were on the 4th floor (out of 6?) and our "view" was literally staring at people riding the huge ferris wheel. No brochures or pamphlets of anything in room. We're used to having a binder or something of great places to see, things to do, and food to eat in the area. No garbage bags in cans.

Loved the staff! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The room and hotel in general was very clean. The pool area was nice. Its on the lower level and you can see down into it from every floor. I liked the key card access to the garage after 7pm. That made me feel safe.

Only one elevator went to the second floor, but once we found the stairs in the back of the hotel, the main stairs also didn't go to the second floor, the stay went a lot more smoothly. The dinner was ok. Definitely not enough seating for everyone.

I stayed at Drury with my family while we were in town visiting the Aquarium. We were within walking distance to the train station! I was pleasantly surprised with just about everything. Parking was super easy and convenient. The cost of parking was a bit high for my liking, but it was much lower than the surrounding parking lots were charging. I was surprised to hear about the free dinner buffet, and the complimentary drinks from the bar. I did not know about these perks when booking. The food and beverages were awesome!

The only downsides for me were that the hotel seemed a bit crowded. We struggled getting through the food and bar lines, and were lucky to find a table to eat our meals. Our view was not pleasant at all. It was a giant brick wall. We were also unable to enjoy pool time with the kiddos due to a group of obnoxious teens who came rushing in and began yelling and splashing us. We were hoping management would say something to them, but ultimately we just decided to leave and find another activity.
