The property was in a perfect location- central to a lot downtown. Every staff member was kind, professional and helpful. Valet was wonderful too! The complimentary made to order breakfast, in addition to the traditional breakfast bar and the evening cool down with free drinks and snacks was a very welcome amenity. The bartender was more than generous to indulge our daughter with non alcoholic mixes too. No one was excluded.

The pool was lackluster at best. It’s indoors- which is nice since it was so hot during our stay but there was hardly any sun coming into the room, and the floors felt like there were broken pieces of rock and sand. Hot tub was down also. Disappointing but trivial compared to the rest of our stay.

Very clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. By far the nicest place we have ever stayed. It was prime location to get to the cardinals game and not to far from other places we went. Loved that the room was separate from the living room area so my husband and I could have privacy and our daughter could be in her own space. The breakfast was exceptional. I have never stayed anywhere that had a breakfast that nice. We would have loved to been able to go to the bar but with our daughter with us it made it difficult. It’s is awesome that it is part of the stay.

The only thing I have to complain about is that there was not a Bible in the bed side table. I understand that this isn’t a big deal to most and I did bring my own but you never know who’s life that Bible might change. My husband did also complain about the bed. He said it was not comfortable and it hurt his back.

Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. Check-in and checkout were super fast. Our room was clean and bigger than expected. I love that they offer drinks and snacks in the evening. Was very nice to have a hot breakfast with the option of having your own omelet made. The price was more reasonable than some other hotels, and the Embassy had better ratings and reviews. The hotel is within walking distance to Busch Stadium, which is why we were there.

I do not really have any complaints. Water pressure could have been a little stronger, but it was definitely manageable.

Very comfortable rooms, excellent staff at Front desk and on the dining rooms, at breakfast and happy hour. The happy hour woman nit only answer the bar efficiently. She also took orders for dinner and served the food. Delicious breakfast with again greatstaff

Cabke TV system was big but confusing. They need channel guides on the room. I also miss a magnifying mirror in the bathroom

Loved the size of the room and how it was laid out. Very clean and comfortable.

Two things that stood out. We returned to our rooms at 9pm after our event and wanted something to eat and went to the restaurant to order food to be disappointed that they were understaffed in the kitchen and that orders were taking really long. And then Breakfast the next morning was very slow and a big line for the buffet line that made it challenging to enjoy breakfast.

The hotel overall was clean. My room was clean. My room being on the 4th floor was nice and convenient for me to go to the hotel restaurant. The free breakfast buffet every morning was nice. The hotel was in a great location relative to the convention center and downtown St Louis. The dollar store being across the street was very convenient. Overall a very positive experience and I look forward to coming back!

The outlets on the lamps next to the bed couldn't charge my electronic devices. They were too loose and my chargers would fall out. Maybe they need fixing. The shampoo and body soap dispensers were empty when I first moved in. It would be nice if they were full when someone first moves in. I didn't like the incidental charges added to the account. I don't remember seeing that I would be charged for those charges up front when I booked the room so they seemed to be a surprise to me.

We loved the spacious room, and super comfortable beds and comforter. The complimentary snacks were a really nice to touch, especially when traveling with so many kids. The breakfast was lavish and had lots of variety. It had something for everyone. Very classy and comfortable stay.

The valet parking only option. I would like some other option than expensive valet parking to stay at the hotel. The valet people were very nice, but it adds an extra $50 to your stay.

High windows. Calm view. Quietness of the night life. Close proximity to everything! Staff food recommendations were excellent. The breakfast buffet was never too busy and had many options. The bed was so comfortable... I could go on.

The rest not so much, It could have more fruit and yogurt. But it's typical American breakfast. Highlight for the evening reception, with good drinks options and good tasteful snacks.
