Everyone was really friendly. When I went to check out, I explained to the staff the problem with not cleaning my room. They comped me one night stay and $100 off my bill. I did not even ask!

The lack of cleanliness of the room. Staff did not tell me when I checked in that I needed to call everyday to get my room cleaned The rooms were not clean, dirt in the corner of the bathroom floor, mirror streaked with some kind of substance, toilet not wiped clean (sometime of liquid on the seat), when I checked in. When asked for a refresh because they did not clean the room, staff dumped my towel on my small table and put refreshed coffee in a grocery bag and did not take the dirty towels.

Nice location. Nice rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Busy location but you are one block from the stadium, so it is to be expected.

Hotel was having issues with elevators the week we were there. The service elevator was out of service so staff was having to use the guest elevators. At times, there was one of the three guest elevators that was not working. Had some money stolen from my personal belongings in my room while there.

I liked how close the hotel was to ballpark and that it had many options for food. The room was cool which was awesome on those hot days!

The bathroom was hot/there was no vent to clear out the steam. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open. We had to prop it open with one of our suitcases to let the steam out. I didn't like that we had to park in the parking deck half a block away and lug our luggage to and from the hotel from the parking garage.

Location was great. Bed & pillows were comfy. The breakfast food was amazing!! Valet was fast & efficient. The digital key was new to me and took some getting used to, but I enjoyed skipping the lines and not keeping track of a key card.

My only complaint isn't really a complaint.... Just a heads up. If you use the digital key option, stop at the registration desk to get your breakfast card if it's included in your stay. The bistro market will charge you if you do not have it. It's not their fault, they don't know who has what included with their rooms.

Loved the location. We were there for baseball games and it was perfect. Also liked that there were places to eat at the hotel and breakfast was great!

One of the desk staff was either not well trained or did not want to deal with providing us with the correct number of breakfast vouchers. We were only provided with 7 for our entire stay and when I asked was told that was correct, when I read on the voucher we needed one per person per day, which we did not have. I asked again and was told we only needed one per table. He left and did not fix the problem. We had to fix it ourselves at breakfast the next morning. Also, he did not tell us we had to ask for maid service! Not provided every day! Very irritating when we had six of us!

Location, restaurant breakfast buffet, lunch in the lounge (received WOW service from the waitress/bartender who was overwhelmed by the sudden crowd)

Front Desk attitude was terrible. At check in I realized that I left my license at TSA. I was unable to check in without a license. The Front Desk and manager did not offer any solution. They just kept repeating the policy. We asked if we could check in with my guest's ID and that was OK. Why did we have to listen to policy, policy, policy for 5 minutes, instead of working a solution that was very obvious.

Our room had an amazing view of the river and the Arch! So many great things to do and eat, all within walking distance. Valet parking made our arrival and departure simple.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection but the food could have been a bit warmer. We also experienced some longer-than-expected waits at the reservation desk.

We loved the view of the Arch! Made it hard to leave the room! Was also cool to “people watch” as people were leaving the Cardinals game.

City view does have an issue with sun in your room very early, and also can cause your room to not cool as fast with the curtains open when trying to enjoy the view, but we were out most the day and able to enjoy the beautiful view at night!

It was ok

The website stated it had room service but did not. The breakfast buffet was fair, the pancakes tasted as if the came out of a microwave, the biscuits were hard as a rock and the gravy was cold and tasted as if they just added sausage to milk, this was after waiting 10 minutes for them to bring new gravy out.

I paid for a stadium view and got the most amazing view of Busch Stadium. So, if you're an avid sports fan. I would definitely request a stadium view. Also, you're about a mile and half from Enterprise Center and a block away from Busch Stadium so you could easily just walk.

For what view I got, I was happy to pay the price, but the fact that you have to pay for parking every day was a bummer. $45 /day for valet parking and $35 /day for self parking. Other than that, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely choose that hotel again if needed.
