location was great!

It was a maze to find your room! Better signs would definitely be beneficial! Small issues with room. Some outlets didn't work and the TV remote batteries were dead. Everything was a bit pricey.

The parking wasn't very convenient to the hotel the parking was expensive. the room was very clean and updated. truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the wait staff was amazing. We had a great time staying at the union station hotel.

We had 2, adults and 3 children we wanted to eat at the train shed restaurant outside on the deck by the koi pond, but the host inform us they were not allowed to take a chair from another table, because they only had tables to accommodate 4 people, so she offered us a table inside and at the time there wasn't any customers on the deck. We end up eating outside at Landry's seafood house.

I should NOT be charged by booking for this stay. Booking. Cancelled my reservation. I tried to have booking . Com change my room to a lower rate. They told me they emailed Union Station-to request the room change and rebook to waive the cancellation fee bc I wanted to change rooms but keep the same dates…When we arrived my reservation was cancelled . They did waive the fee and luckily they had. Room I could book on October 2-4. So I booked direct myself and I resolved the issues on arrival. I was sent an email from booking my booking reservation was cancelled . Therefore Union station curio rebooked me upon arrival and waived the cancellation free. Please confirm I will Not be charged by booking. Tammy Lance. Any question call me @606-/260699 or text me.

Great location to do so much! We were able to walk everywhere for the 3 days we stayed (city museum, Gateway Arch, hockey stadium). Plenty of amenities to stay at the property and not have to go out (it was down pouring a whole day and we were able to get all meals there without having to to take kids out in the rain).

Would have been nice to have some additional discounts to the things at Union Station, especially when traveling with kids.

When we first arrived, it was a bit chaotic because we weren't sure where to go. But in no time, our hero Kirk met us with a dolly to unload our baggage, got us thru registration and into our room in no time. This hotel is beautiful, with historic architecture. It is huge and takes a bit to learn your way around, but so worth it! So many activities on the property, such as the big ferris wheel, mini golf, light shows inside and out and the aquarium. Several good restaurants too. Staff were all amazing and did a fantastic job!

Everything was fine.

Everything about this location is wonderful. The resturaunts are delicious and there is so much to entertain everyone. You could spend your whole trip without leaving the property, and have a great vacation!

We almost missed a prepaid activity due to valet parking taking 30 minutes to bring our car. If you use valet, give them lots of time, especially when there are weddings and sporting events happening.

The location was great, we could walk to anything we wanted. There’s so much to see and do at the hotel we didn’t have to leave; restaurants, bars, architecture, the aquarium. The history here is obvious everywhere you look, I loved that aspect the most I think.

They hosted a dinner event sand posted signs in the parking lot saying lot full, I didn’t post this much for a hotel to not be able to park in the secure lot, we ended up talking to the people at the lot and found a spot. Also, finding a way inside during the event was troublesome since even though the event was blocked off we had to walk around the huge building to find another way inside them up to our room. Finally, the hot water in the sink had little to no pressure and the cold faucet leaked All over the counter so watch anything you don’t want getting wet.

Rooms were larger, very clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing. Water was warm and you were able to see lights from Union Station. Easy walking to great restaurants, amusement center and the aquarium. Grandkids loved the pond and feeding the fish. Lightshow in the grand ballroom was fabulous.

The fire and light show did not occur as advertised. No Free simple breakfast items

By far the most luxurious hotel I’ve stayed in! Comfy room, amazing architecture and design of the main areas, there’s a lot of history in this building! Breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate our needs and questions :) This is a fancy stay for sure! Location was perfect for our short stay.

N/A would love to stay again
