Front desk staff was absolutely incredible! We ran into a tornado on our way there first night so arrived 4 hours later than intended. They were able to answer all our questions and if we needed something specific, they were on it! Super friendly! They went out of their way to make us comfortable. We also ordered door dash one day and we got no sauces at all even though they were requested. Front office took the extra time to in kitchen and give us ketchup and a few other things.

Breakfast was pretty great...except... no oatmeal either day. We got down over an hour before closing and it was empty. When I asked about it, she said it was just all gone and breakfast was almost over. When we mentioned that there was over an hour left she said they're cleaning the bowl and it was full when they started. Not a good answer.

Morning clerk very efficiently helped us solve parking ticket. She also was super great about letting me back into checked out room to retrieve personal oxygen compressor I had mistakenly left behind. She is a very valuable employee.

Signs requiring parking using QR code. Ticket in the morning. No vehicle info. Taken by evening clerk to avoid this. The evening clerk needs customer service training. Also it was extremely difficult to get the key card to work in the door. The bathtub needs to have anti slipping material applied or an anti slip mat available.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. They gave us treat bags to welcome us. The pool was open which was great. The complimentary breakfast was great. There was a different variety which I liked. The room I got had a balcony which was awesome. The suite was very nice.

The 5:30 kickback wasn't really a thing. I thought we would get food and drinks 🍷 but no it wasn't. When they did it they served stuff like corn dogs. Which for the amount of money I paid I was hoping for a bit more. The jacuzzi was broken which made me sad.

The location was perfect. The layout of the room was great. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the basketball court was a plus for my son. Having the other optional amenities (fitness center,laundry , lobby, outside patio etc) was nice as well.

The pool/spa had too much chlorine which could have been due to one or more of the system pumps not working properly. If not for that we could have enjoyed it. The couch was a little dirty but nothing we couldn’t handle. Everything else was clean. We weren’t able to connect and stream either television for Netflix etc. even though it was listed just never allowed is to connect and sign in. We did bring devices from home to input via HDMI so that worked out. Overall, we will definitely choose to stay again when we return to STL!

The Residence Inn is very conveniently located within walking distance of several nice eateries (we recommend Schlafly) and the soccer stadium. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessities. What stood out is the staff: the manager greeted us at breakfast and one of the ladies working there, once she heard of one of the guests' birthday, had the room sing happy birthday for him. This was a sweet moment, rather special in a city hotel.

Check in reception lady was very nice and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options. Room was comfortable and plenty of room. Ericka was the nicest helpful person. Great at doing her job.

Reception on the next day was awful. The gentleman was rude and didn't want to answer my questions. I asked him to get a snack bag and was told they weren't handing them out today then continued joking and laughing with other people. Also paying for parking is ridiculous. We will not be staying again

All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. Karniesha at the desk helped us a lot with changing our reservation-adding a night and providing toothpaste. Also, giving us goody bags when we checked in. Erika was a popular girl serving up bottomless mimosas on Saturday morning. We felt very pampered!!

Not much I didn't like. Our second room 407 could use a bit of spruce up/remodel. Peeling Popcorn ceiling, water stains and a mysterious stain on the inside of the bathroom door. It seems they are going through some remodeling efforts. I hope that room is on the list!

Room old but clean and nice.

Billing, ridiculous, still a pre authorization 5 days later that is messing with my card. Then the lady at desk says it will go away when it goes away? What? No I want it taken off immediately. I've done paid for the room, take off the pre authorization. Ridiculous.

The staff! We got checked in but there was an error on which room but was handled smoothly. The staff member working in the morning at the desk was great. He had the BEST personality! Love it! He deserves a raise. I loved that we had a dishwasher, stove, full size fridge, and real dishes in the room to use. I also loved that we had 2 bathrooms in our suite since we had 5 people. King bed was fabulous and very spacious.

Pillows need more stuffing in them. They were very flat by the morning. Also to be able to handwash the few dishes we had, can you add a brush or dish washcloth to be able to clean them. Those are the only 2 things, everything else was great!

Close to all our tour spots locations. Friendly and courteous employees. Rooms were exceptionally clean. The free breakfast made our morning wake up more convenient. Food was excellent.

Some guests were not compliance with the “quiet”standard time rule. Some took advantage of the complimentary breakfast and were not aware of the respect and the time of preparation for those servers. They were hoarding.
