Unit was clean and quiet even for being on a busy street. We are from rural MO had no issues. The price was unmatched and such a deal. The proximity from the unit to most things on our to do list were 10-15 minutes walking or driving. My vehicle was stolen hours before check out. The manager was quick to respond and help in any way. I say that to say this. Pay the cost for parking in the garage, period. This incident will not deter me and my family from renting this unit again in the future. We loved the area and our time there. We just fell victim to some crappy people and that’s just life. You gotta keep livin man. L I V I N.

The staff were excellent and handled a couple issues promptly. Very roomy place and bed was comfortable. Full kitchen with dining table was nice. Good remodeling on an old historic building.

The location was safe and near the university but it wasn’t close to any good restaurants. I was walking and only fast food restaurants were nearby. The bathroom fan made a very loud noise and WiFi wasn’t working but staff addressed these issues the next day. I think the price was a little bit steep considering the area. I think you are paying for a little more space than a typical hotel room.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. Street parking was easily found right in front. Conveniently located. A great option not just for the area, but for the city as a whole.

The check in process and host communication could have been better. The host kept sending messages that they needed my license before check in, but implied there would be a way to submit this in a separate email that was coming my way. I did get a separate check in email, but it didn't request my ID. By the time I received the request on the day of check in with a description of how to submit it, I was traveling and could not respond for hours. It caused delays with my check in which led to bigger issues on arrival when combined with the hosts delayed responses back.

Everything. Beautiful home. Location was perfect. Many local sites and restaurants easily accessible. A perfect stay for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration with her best friend from out of town.

I love old architecture and the unit is in a big old beautiful building. The unit is spacious and comfortable for down time. It’s located next to St. Louis university and surrounded by many gorgeous historical buildings. Walking distance to live music and variety of food options.

Having us check in at another location, 15 minute walk from the unit we rented seemed unnecessary. We’ve been able to do self check in at multiple other similar rentals.

I recently stayed at White House at Grand Central, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the Grand Center Arts District hosts a variety of cultural venues such as the Fox Theatre, Powell Symphony Hall, and the Contemporary Art Museum, The area felt safe, even during late-night returns. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the overall ambiance was cozy and inviting.

Not too many stairs to get into the building. Stayed on the 1st floor apartment. Very clean.

Just one blanket in the apartment and not enough towels for 2 nights. Street parking is about $5/2hours. The free parking is far for senior citizens. Luckily I got a scooter that was close to the parking lot. But it as drizzling frozen rain . It would be nice if they could contract with the Moolah garage next door.

Great location practically on USL campus. 20 minute walk to grocery store and to metro station Cortex. Super convenient for all major attractions by metro and a walk to campus. Property has great character. Quiet safe area.

Experienced a power outage during stay. Praise to Manager who was super efficient to arrange repairs quickly.

Wonderful little one bedroom apartment nestled inside the university district. The place was extremely clean, and very easy to get to. The area seemed very secure, but we also purchased yhe garage parking that was available with for a little fee. The rooms were very clean, very small and cute, and they provided snacks and amenities such as a free cupcake, which was absolutely amazing. Everything was contactless, but the staff called me after I had questions and clarified everything on the spot. So I give the staff a 10 out of 10 as well. Overall, for the value, I think we nailed it for a weekend stay in St Louis by staying at this location.

Due to it being an older building, you could easily hear your neighbors, but that doesn't really bother me. I'm kind of splitting hairs at that point

Nice, clean, quiet and safe place. Good price.

We had to wait, more than one our for the instructions to enter to the place, because in our booking reservation it was explained that the accommodation accept ONLY cash payment, and have only send deposit online. So it was not the case and was not easy to reach the persons on the confirmation email quickly. After discussions we had to pay online. it was not a good experience, as it was in the evening and had to wait more than one hour in front of the building.
