There was a nice proximity to restaurants, bars, and coffee & tea shops as it was located by Washington University. My friend and I enjoyed strolling down some of the private streets that have historic homes. I also liked that I could park my car is a secured parking garage. Also the large rain-style shower head was amazing and I also appreciated the smaller handheld showerhead.

Breakfast, no bagels with plain cream cheese.. they had peanut butter and jam but I don’t eat that. Bananaa were so green and oranges were dry. All cold breakfast, coffee was so cold and nasty. Eating area was just cleaned up before breakfast and all off the chairs were on top of the table. When I asked cleaning lady to put them down she gave me a look and left. I asked her for it because i haven’t notice hand sanitizer so I had to put my food down and go look for a bathroom… I paid $235 for a room with breakfast, I feel like it all fits in $125.00 😞

Staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Jordan. Room was super updated and clean. Comfy bed. Fitness center was well-equipped and maintained. Location was perfect. I was able to just remain parked at the hotel and walk to so many things.

Wifi in my room didn't really work. It connected, but was super slow and kept cutting in and out. Just used mobile hot spot. My last night there was also no parking spots left which was frustrating, but front desk person helped me out and just let me park right in front for the night.

The room was very spacious, clean, super comfortable and quiet. It had every amenity we needed and also had secure parking on site. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 'Grab & Go' self service breakfast was perfect for us.

There was building work going on while we stayed, but to be honest, although not visually great, it didn't affect us at all. No noise or dust or inconvenience in any way. I hope it all looks wonderful when its finished. :-)

Breakfast wasn't great, but the facility is in transition and is remodeling to accommodate better food service. Lighiting choices in the room could be improved with two instead of one reading lights in bed. Garage was a challenge, but I can see that things will be better when the remodel is complete.

ITS WAS 5 MINUTES FROM MY CHILD DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT. IT WAS QUITE AND VERY CLEAN. I WOULD HAVE DESIRED A HOT BREAKFAST LIKE PANCAKES AND WAFFLES SAUSAGE AND OR GRITS, POTATOES, EGGS, HASHBROWNS OR SOMETHING FOR $202 DOLLARS FOR 1 NIGHT. I EXPECTED A BETTER BREAKFAST. I PAY LESS AT OTHER PLACES AND GET THE SAME SERVICES WITH A BETTER BREAKFAST. JUST SAYING, KNOCK OFF THE $15 PARKING FEE FOR THE LOW GRADE BREAKFAST.

I DIDN'T LIKE THAT WE HAD TO PAY A PARKING FEE. WHICH WE HAVE STAYED HERE SEVERAL OTHER TIMES AND NEVER HAD TOO. OF COURSE IF THE BREAKFAST HAD OF BEEN BETTER I WOULD HAVE PROBABLY IGNORED THE PARKING FEE.

The TV volume would not decrease below 10! I asked reception to fix it, but they said that's just how it is. It seemed loud at nights and I'm pretty sure nearby rooms could hear the tv. There were really bright lights in the backyard for rooms with balconies, and you had to pull the drapes at night. There is a lot of noise from the hallway when guests open and close hotel room doors and pass by. Breakfast was grab and go, and often items such as microwave cheese omelette would be out of stock. It is hard to carry food and coffee to your room with flimsy paper plates.

Breakfast Room excellent items to pick, Having own Parking lot in especially in the tight spot in the city located at. Awesome Clean Clean Clean rooms. Great working Exhaust Fan in the Restroom, nice size Shower Room. Real world Furniture for my Temporary Stay. Bed was just right, Not too Soft or Hard. Great HVAC Unit with Controller, very Accurate. Price was great because of the Great Breakfast pics, Clean room and location - You would spend the same amount if went to a place way out of the way, Parking and Breakfast at a restaurant.

Restroom needs a few Shelfs for My Personal things like, Tooth Brush, Mouth Wash, Etc. The Stand Alone Sink is great, but need those shelves for my items.
