I was expecting there to be parking. I did not find out until I arrived that the parking was with a daily pay lot. I would have preferred the cost of parking to be included so I could come and go freely without paying every time. The breakfast could include a few more American standards like bacon and eggs.

Great location near good restaurants and bars. Staff was excellent. Very responsive and friendly. Hotel is just a couple years old so rooms and common areas are stylish and up to date.

The only negative is the valet parking situation. There is a parking garage right across the street, but the hotel valets don’t have access to it. They have to walk a couple blocks to get your car. It cost $35 a day to valet your car and it takes up to a half an hour for them to retrieve your car. Guests can park in the garage right across the street themselves for $15 a day. So ultimately parking yourself is no problem. I’m only commenting on this situation to encourage the hotel to try and work something out for valet parking across the street.

Modern and new, great design and great gym. The location is walkable and fun in the Central West End. But most of all the staff was so kind. This was important as our family was in town to see a relative in hospice and it was a time where kindness was really important. The staff didn’t know this but they were so kind anyway so I’m super grateful for that.

The only things I would have changed are: 1. for the rooms to have carpeting. I understand why they don’t though 2. I think only some of their rooms had bathtubs. Lots of the rooms only had showers. I wish hotels would give every room a bathtub. I see this with other hotels and it’s annoying

Very clean and the modern decor made it feel nice and cozy. We got there in the morning and were able to check in early. Our room was small but clean and one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in. Bed was comfortable but low to the ground which we didn’t mind but something to note if you’re picky about that. We used valet parking which was very convenient for going in and out.

Breakfast is available so we went ahead and served ourselves to the buffet, however, as soon as we sat down to eat, a waitress put a check down on our table without saying anything. I thought that was very odd but it was still very good and cheaper than going out.

The hotel is a very good place to stay, we thought everything pretty clean and confortable. The breakfast is simple but it was good and we loved the gym. This is a palce where we will come back again.

High price to park the car. Althought I did not have to worry because of the vallet service.

The hotel is Euro-trendy, and very new and clean. The staff are wonderful. Our room was small, but very well appointed (again, a European feel to it), and the bed comfy.

Small things: Their double queen rooms only have a bedside table and lighting in between the two beds, so the person on the outside can't read or have anywhere to put their eyeglasses and so on. The bathroom could use a couple more hooks for used towels.

The staff where amazing , super helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom where really spacious

Cleaning could be better, some corners of the room clearly haven't been dusted in a while , there were only 2 disposable coffe cups and no regular cups to use and when the 2 cups where used they weren't replaced

Hotel. Location. Staff. Service. Small property, nestled in a cute little “village”. We felt very safe, whether walking or driving. Not to mention, they have self parking literally 15 feet away for $15 a day.

I liked everything except the fact the lobby bar didn’t open until 5pm. I came into town after driving all morning and could’ve used a nice adult beverage when I arrived at the hotel.
