The room was large and seemed clean enough. Little bit of wear in the bathroom but not anything gross. Breakfast had good variety and changed up some each day. Hotel was overall very quiet and there was plenty of parking. Location was nice as it was only a few minutes from the zoo and from the Science Center- lots of food places also within a 10 minute drive.

Wish breakfast lasted a little longer during the weekday- it ran 6-9 which with our time change was a struggle to get the kids there that early. The pool is TINY and heavily chlorinated- there were 20 people in it one night which was not fun. Parking lot was spacious but kind of hard to walk up to- wish there was a path to walk up easier.

The hotel was clean and modern, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the food service staff. We were especially impressed that the cleaning staff had obviously cleaned the in-room coffee maker. We usually have to spend some time cleaning and sanitizing them at hotels, but this one was clean!

The pool had a lot of chlorine, so was a bit uncomfortable. And, unfortunately, our room had a window that looked directly at a brick wall, so it did feel a bit like a cave. We also wished there was a microwave, and there was not a fan in the bathroom, so it got a bit steamy and damp after all of our family members showered.

The staff was extremely friendly and very very helpful. We accidentally left our daughter’s baby blanket behind and when I called the hotel they were able to find it and they offered to hold on to it until this coming weekend when my parents will be in town. I loved that when you called the number it went straight to the front desk, no waiting on hold or talking to someone at a call center. The free breakfast was great.

I wish there was something online when booking about paying for parking overnight but I didn’t mind because the lot was safe and secure for vehicles.

Room was nice, staff were nice. Plenty of parking. Checkout until 1200 is amazing. Didn’t try the breakfast but coffee bar was decent. Comfy room. No bad smells. Very quiet.

A couple crispy towels and one with a stain. The parking was tight. *There needs to be a sidewalk/walkway from the parking lot to the hotel!! You had to drag luggage and walk downhill through mulch and dirt. You couldn’t walk out on the concrete because of the parking lot cross arm. Minimal personal hygiene and laundry items in the store.

Everything work as a well oiled machine. Even with the computers down they were quick to get our rooms to us. The breakfast was also very good, it supported a friend with gluten allergies. We were also 4 bedrooms apart. Which made meeting up easy and staying together great. The rooms were also super clean was over all pleased with the prices.

The only thing that I would call difficult is the size of the pool. Too many people for one space. The kids over ran the place and did as they pleased. But that wasn't the staffs fault.

The room was so spacious it was perfect for our family of 5. We added a full size air mattress and still had space with the two queen beds and full size pull out couch. The set up is great for the family, we all enjoyed it! The beds where so comfy, the breakfast great, the time the Buffett was open was perfect, great food as well. And the late check out time .... just the best for worn out moms lol. Also having the restaurant next door was just the best.

Honestly nothing. I mean we can always make it better by adding a pool and maybe a bar for the summer time? :) Lol, we would definitely be there even more.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Stayed here at this same time last year. We enjoy this location as it is close to everything we need while in St. Louis. A clean and well maintained property. There was a sub zero storm front that moved in about the time we checked in. The engineering/maintenance staff did a nice job clearing the snow and ice in the drive and parking lot. They also stayed on top of the foot traffic with all the salty, slushy footprints.

The breakfast area closes a bit early for us. We were traveling for leisure and slept in from our regular routine . It served it's purpose.

Pool was fun for the family! They have a little tote with some pool noodles and mini boards for kids to play with. Breakfast was good. They do have a waffle maker, cereal, usually some kind of meat, some form of egg, potatoes, oatmeal, and toast/bagels/muffins. My husband left two pair of shoes and they are kindly shipping them to us!

Only thing I’m docking this hotel for is you do now pay for parking. On booking.com you see some questions asking and the answers say complimentary parking but it no longer. They recently just switched that and it’s $10 a night for parking. We specifically chose this hotel because it had free parking but that was not the case when we arrived but stay was still good.

The staff are always really nice when we stay at this property. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

On this visit, the AC was making a loud noise. However, they did move us to another room. Also, we were charged an extra $20 that we were not aware of until after we left. We still don’t know what it was for.

Breakfast was fresh and fantastic every single day and were there 6 mornings. Staff ALWAYS smiled. Kitchen staff, desk staff, housekeeping staff. It didn't matter their role nor what time of day. I noticed the GM changed garbage bags when full, washed up in the kitchen, truly engaged with the team. THIS is why the staff smiles. My style of managing. I highly recommend this location! Mac's next door is clean, friendly and good.
