My sweetie and I had a lot of issues getting into the building after hours. He and I also had to do a lot of unnecessary walking. We had to change rooms 2 times and didn’t understand the parking policy. With all that being said….The West End worked very quickly to get everything fixed. The hotel staff are so nice and I left really enjoying our stay. I really wish there were more hotels like The West End because the price and the hotel room were all really nice. The common area was clean and very nice. The hotel rooms are straight to the point. Which my sweetie and I found to be really nice.

Not being able to get into the hotel after hours. Then after paying for the room wasn’t cleaned and we had to move to another room for that night.

My plane arrived early and the hotel staff was able to get my room ready earlier than expected I could check in. Everything was very clean from the building to my room. The property is gated and secure so that you can enjoy the weather on the back patio in peace. There’s a 24 Walgreens smack across the street for anything you might need at any time of day or night by. You can get to anywhere in STL from this location in 5-9 minutes. Close to bars, the metro link to get downtown, everything. Great value, the room was very comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will be booking again anytime I come back to visit home. The staff, particularly the young lady up front has an amazing and inviting attitude which I rarely run into and they communicated through the entire visit making themselves 100% available if I needed anything.

Nothing really.

I liked the location, the amenities, such as the 2 kitchens available to guest to cook, the staff was amazing and accommodating Tyshae was super friendly and helpful, the balcony and the hot tub was definitely a plus! Overall the house was very beautiful , upscale and modern. The rooms smelled amazing it was just a wonderful experience at the West End ! I think this hotel is first on my list of hotels to stay at!

The only dislike I had was a guest was loud in the room over me .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The building was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures online, which was a pleasant surprise. Was in a ggood location as well. My room was clean and comfortable, just as advertised. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

No complaints.

Place was very clean and amenities in the room were excellent. Once you learned how the codes worked, it became easy to enter and exit. It was a very convenient location for Saint Louis University.

They email you the code the day you are arriving, but this is not useful if you don't have a phone with internet in the car. I had to phone my wife if they sent codes to my email. evel 3 in the garage had a light not working The nearby Schnucks is a very convenient but the neighborhood is not the best.

I like the security and comfortability and the respect and empathy that was given. I enjoyed the kitchen for a moment. I also enjoyed the level of privacy with all the security codes. It felt safe. I enjoyed my clean room. There was a washer and dryer so I was able to clean anything I had worn. It all felt like a mini condo establishment. I felt really got energy there. The staff was very helpful. They showed actually respect and empathy. A wonderful experience.

The staff and location were great. The room was comfortable and quiet.

It took forever (over three minutes) for the shower to get hot - but then it was good. No hangers in the room and no on site staff to get them until the next morning.

Love the hot tub and patio! The staff was incredibly friendly and we loved having access the the full kitchens! Can’t wait to come back

The only think I can think of is that our shower was labeled opposite, the hot side was the cold water and the opposite for the cold side!

The staff was awesome and very accommodating!!! The room and bathroom was clean. They even have to full kitchens to cook meals. There is a grocery store next door and a pharmacy across the street.

Very clean

Had to request a coffee pot. The cords to appliances didn't reach outlets. Had to rearrange to use them. Provide enough coffee items for the amount of people staying in the room. We had 4 people and only enough supplies for 2. I wish a breakfast was offered.
