Great downtown location. Within easy walking distance to Union Station, Enterprise Arena, and on a warmer day the Arch (see the picture taken from the Arch showing the hotel) and the Military Museum as well. If you like soccer we were also right across the street from where they play prof. soccer. No pool, but solid work out room, one of the friendliest breakfast service people we have ever met in a hotel. Front desk people were also very helpful in helping us find some great places to visit and eat. Rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable.

While they served a pretty good breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal with topping bar, cereal, and yogurt, I would have really liked to have a waffle maker there as well. This is a minor point, and I would strongly recommend staying here if you are visiting St. Louis.

Large rooms very clean and close to everything. At check out I was greeted and was explained to how to exit parking and return my room card. She was so sweet.

The parking, I paid for the parking pass. We got back late from the concert and got really lucky there was one left. At check in the girl that helped me was kinda rushing me. My card was declined I told her my room was already paid for. I tried to show her my receipt she said to just put my card in again.

The receptionist put us in a room facing the wheel so my daughter could see it, without any prompting, just offered right away! I thought that was nice. I also like that parking is right outside the door and not in a parking garage or valet.

To preface, I’m a clean freak. I notice stuff like hairs that aren’t mine and shower walls that look marbled but are actually covered in dirty handprints upon closer inspection. So the bathrooms could be cleaned better.

The rooms were spacious and clean. My husband and I like the location, close to the park and restaurants. We also enjoyed the free breakfast.

When we first arrived to our room, we were getting settled after a long trip, the housekeeping manager entered our room without knocking. She stated that she didn't know that anyone was in the room. Common courtesy is to knock first. I found it odd that she entered the room and you can hear that the television was on. I did not like that.

Friendly staff, new, good breakfast!

Location. A long walk to the nearest Metro stop at Union Station. For being a relatively new hotel, the wallpaper in the room we stayed in looked old and was peeling in places. We stayed in a double queen room and out of six pillows I found ONE that was halfway comfortable!

The breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean upon check in,

There was no pool. The bartender was a little mean. She seemed as if she was getting a little irritated by us asking questions. also we called the front desk to ask for more towels and wash rags and it took them more than an hour by then we just went downstairs to get them ourselves.

The beds could be comfier, particularly the cushions could be more substantial (or spare ones in the wardrobe) Curtains were shorter than the window, and ripped at the top so there was a gap

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. Loved that there was connected parking. It was within walking distance to several downtown attractions and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and comfortable.

Great location for the purpose of my trip. Staff was friendly and helpful.

When leaving the room for the day, I asked a housekeeping employee in the hallway for towel and bedding changes. When I returned to my room that evening, it hadn’t been done. I called front desk and they resolved the issue.

The breakfast consisted of a variety of items for different diet types. It was slightly better than the standard breakfast offerings. The hotel was in close Proxity to sights and places to eat. We were afforded a view of the St. Louis Wheet and view of the Arch from our hotel.

The parking deck is tight especially if you are driving an oversize vehicle. The first parking lot fills up quickly in the evening and will have to use the second deck.
