The room was nice and clean. It seemed like it was only a few years old. The overnight staff was very, very nice and accommodating. I believe her name was Nikita, but she was extremely nice. Much nicer than the woman that checked me in and the security guard that was outside. The bed was a little low for my taste, but it was comfortable. I love that. There’s on site parking that you can park your own vehicle, but I did think charging for it was a little ridiculous considering it’s right there on the property.

The hotel is hard to get to if there’s a lot of events going on because it’s right in the middle of several different event centers, which made things difficult to find. There was a security guard when I arrived who was extremely disrespectful and rude. The woman who checked me in, was not very friendly and seemed to be rushing me through the process.

We included breakfast in our booking. They didn't have a record of it but were wonderful in taking care of the issue. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Area is quiet, place is clean. Breakfast was nice. Air conditioner was super great! Parking was safe and close to door. 2 blocks from Union Station. Close to IKEA and the Foundry. Many colleges in the area. Super easy access from interstate.

This a recently remodeled hotel. Bathroom was tiny. Toilet was very small and low to the ground. Air conditioner in bedroom was loud. Parking was $15 per night extra.

I liked the stand-alone hotel with its own parking. Lobby was active and welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean.

I was surprised we had to pay an additional $18/night for parking. The cost of the stay per night is high and by the time you add the fees, it is really up there. Parking should be included.

More mirrors in hotel. Only mirror was by the sink. Nice to have a full length by door Parking was very expensive and should be noted as a seperate fee.

Location and size of room

The front desk lady just took ID card and payment method gave me the key and never said and thing else! No where the elevator which we found but it was the one on the opposite side of the hotel and was not informed about breakfast in the morning! But I just figured since the hotel was full this past weekend she was tired and over worked! So we'll give a B-

Staff was superb. Room was great, bed is very comfortable.

I knocked off one point for the shower. That head direction is not adjustable, so it sprays all over when it's not needed. But the water pressure was great

It was in great proximity to the enterprise center. The staff was amazing. The night auditor, I believe her name is Nakita and the security guard, Ashur were accommodating and polite and warming.

Location worked well for my family. Walkable to all the things at union station, like the aquarium. Staff was friendly.

Only negative was our air conditioning unit didn’t seem to keep the room cool like we had it set.
