EVERY staff member was wonderful! The valet gentlemen were kind and quick. The front desk staff were helpful and super accommodating to every need and friendly to our excited kids. The cleaning staff were always smiling and friendly. The breakfast cook was so quick and made delicious food. One of the best stays our family of 6 has ever had. A great experience for us and our 4 kids under the age of 10!

my teen daughters and I were in town to see Hamilton. we don’t often travel alone. we had a ton of questions for Scott at the front desk and he was very gracious. he recommended The Alamo for a movie and told which way to walk, assuring us we would be safe on our own. he told us we could call the hotel at any time if we felt u safe and someone would pick us up. He watched for us to get back safely and just went above and beyond to care for us.

Breakfast is okay, room for improvement and could do with more alternatives though from the kitchen. PLUS, you need to have some real black tea there for breakfast. As an Englishman, I have NEVER seen anyone drink "decaffeinated black tea"! and that's all you had? I went and bought my own tea bags from the grocery store across the street. The toaster needs an upgrade, I heard several people talking about how useless it was. It took me 3 attempts to get the toast even slightly brown. So breakfast is okay, but needs some improvement, maybe a little better staffed.

Nothing really to dislike. The staff were/are exceptional.

The shower was amazing, bathroom was clean and tidy, bedding was clean. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and the modern architecture. No unpleasant smells. Overall, happy with our stay.

While I understand there’s only so much the staff can do, but the hallways were very loud well into the night. Kids running and screaming and adults also yelling and carrying on very loudly. Also, wish there had been lotion/moisturizer included in the given toiletries because that was the one thing I forgot to bring! Also, more details on parking before check in. We are not familiar with the area and struggled to find a place to park to check in. But, overall a wonderful stay.

It took a couple of minutes for water to get warm/hot; One towel was dirty; A door hinge in the wardrobe was broken; If you are a light sleeper, earplugs are probably a good idea if your windows are facing to the front.

Clean, 24 hour gym & pool. Healthy options for breakfast like almond and oat milk, agave, yogurt bar, almond butter, juices and espresso.

The lady serving heated egg dishes and espresso had a bit of a negative attitude and when we ordered 2 espressos and she only served one, I said we ordered 2 and another patron walked up to counter, instead of fixing issue and telling next person after us she'd be with them in a moment, she told me " then you'll wait".

Staff was great including valet. Everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful with offering suggestions of things to do and places to eat. I enjoyed the hot breakfast.

I wish there were more hot breakfast options and that there was a hot tub in the pool area. It got a little hot in our room and we could only turn the air down so much (66°). Also, we had six guests listed for our room and were only provided with 3 towels but the staff did provide more towels as needed.

Very clean, modern hotel. The beer and wine happy hour in the lobby was a nice touch.

The Google directions took me to the rear parking lot, and then I found out I could not enter the hotel from the parking lot. I had to walk around the building to get to the entrance on the opposite side. Since I had never been, and after a long 10 hour drive in the car, this was very frustrating. This could be rethought. Could not figure out how to open the shades in the room we had. There isn't much soundproofing between the bed area and the bathroom.

On trend aestetics, great breakfast, comfy bed, very clean room, all the amenities you need and more, very friendly staff(even to our children which is pretty rare)

Barely any free parking at all. Breakfast area needs to be better organized or streamlined. It was very clean but you had to walk here then there to get all the items you want instead of everything being together. Made it difficult to find specific food items and had to be very close to other peoples sitting area just to get drinks. Examples: cereal was on one side while the milk was across the room, Bagels were on one display while cream cheese was in another area. Sitting tables are too close to the kitchen so people waiting in line would be getting very close to you while you're trying to eat.

This hotel was close to everything, yet traffic was not a nightmare to contend with. The Food Hall across the street was exceptional with great live music. The staff at the hotel were all so very polite and courteous. Everything at the hotel was way above expectations! Clean, safe, quiet, relaxing!

There was not a thing we didn’t like about the property, except that the UpBar was so crowded that we did not try that experience.
