The breakfast had a nice selection, the gravy for the biscuits was a little too bland for my liking and the coffee was too week for me I like a bold coffee. I loved the extra room that was made available for the breakfast it was nice and roomy and very quiet. We enjoyed the 5:30 snack of wine beer and chips, that was a great snack and we enjoyed being there. The parking was easy and very convenient especially with a soccer and hockey game going on simultaneously, it was very easy and convenient to access. The room was clean we loved the shower was hot and the water pressure was great. The heat was a little difficult to control the unit didn’t get hot enough so we had to set the heat up high, might want to check the heater in 1009. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Doris at the front desk was vivacious and welcoming. She created a wonderful atmosphere both upon check-in and during the free happy hours which were held each evening. I also appreciated that there were complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and popcorn in the lobby. It creates an environment where there is some possibility for social interaction with others. I also found the location to be exactly what I sought: right near Union Station for easy access to my conference and to the light rail connection to the airport.

The breakfast could have been better. How about serving actual scrambled eggs? The ones from a mix were below cafeteria-grade. Hash browns would be nice.

This hotel was perfectly located for our overnight trip for the Kelsea Ballerini concert. Syberg’s the restaurant attached to hotel offered a shuttle to the concert venue for $2 per person each way which came in handy due to pouring rain our entire stay. Super close to Union Station which we would have walked to had our trip been longer. In nice weather we could have easily walked to the Enterprise Center also. Definitely keeping this hotel in mind for our next trip to St. Louis. The free covered parking was also a plus.

The atmosphere bc ALL the staff was VERY nice, friendly & eager to do whatever you needed them too. They had a VERY nice & good breakfast, as well as snack/happy hour. The quality of food was good & they kept bringing it out till time was up, so there was plenty@all times. The staff was constantly cleaning & very self conscience of messes. We could also see the firworks shows from the 10th floor window or down in the parking lot, which was great bc we didn't have to get out in the crowd! There was no problem parking. We would definitely stay here again, if we ever make it back to St Louis!!!

I wish the bathroom sink would have been outside the bathroom, but that really wasn't a big deal for us.

Very friendly staff, from the front desk to the dining area and housekeeping. Clean facilities, from the lobby and dining area to the hallways and rooms. The breakfast was fairly standard (biscuits and gravy, sausage, powdered eggs, cereal, waffles, etc.) but plentiful and filling. They have a fountain pop (Coke products) available during breakfast and then from 3-10 PM. FRESH popcorn in the lobby in the afternoon, and then snacks (nachos, pretzels and potato chips) and drinks from like 5:30-7.

I am not a coffee drinker at all but my wife said the coffee was bad.

Nothing specific to mention. This is the second hotel of Drury chain that i stayed in row. So nothing special to make it different to other hotels of the same chain

The breakfast which was not of variety, and the fact to use plastic plates and cutlery, shows no environmental concern and no respect to the clients. It was like a fastfood breakfast though the price for taking breakfast in the hotel doesn't meet the expectations of the client.

I love how amazing and diligent the staff was when it came to making their clientele feel welcomed, satisfied and beyond! They accommodated us whenever any inconvenience occurred and made sure they took care of us.

The only issues came from the room itself, the first room the toilet clogged up immediately (#1 not #2) and they gave us another room and would always come up when the AC was not running properly. I absolutely love the way the staff stepped up and made sure to accommodate us!

I loved that the bed and the pillows we're comfortable, I also liked that if you was to leave things like shampoo or conditioner even body wash, the provided that for you inside the shower! I liked the location, with the restaurant on site, I enjoyed the kickback hr! The kickback hr is when they give u a card for your stay and they have snacks and drink available! I enjoyed the pool and hot tub that also had jets!

The location is perfect for going to Busch Stadium and Union Station. The continental breakfast was fantastic. The staff was super friendly.

The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner. The door knob was disgusting, and I found hair in the bed when I pulled the blankets back otherwise The room was perfectly fine. The fact that the doors were still locked at 8 AM and you had to use a key card to get in or wait for someone to open the door in the event. You didn’t have your key card on you.

First of all, it was easy to find. Close to several things we wanted to do/see. Booking was easy and affordable. The room was clean!! Even the bathroom! It had all the amenities we wanted. And Quincy.. give that man a raise! He was very friendly in a natural way. Very helpful. GREAT attitude. He had us impressed from the get go. Cory and another lady (I didn't catch her name) who also worked the front desk were just as friendly. The staff for breakfast ALSO friendly. I've never experienced an atmosphere like they provided at a hotel in my life. I will definitely retuen!!

Hmm.. hard to find anything I didn't like. Other than it being non-smoking, but that's to be expected.
