The bell service was the highlight of this visit. Helping me as if I was a personal friend. Very kind! The room was beautiful with great views, bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The bathroom was large, comfortable and the shower was nice.

I had a situation regarding an emergency with my vehicle. The counter and the manager said "Were not responsible for that, I suggest you call someone else". No advice, nor help was offered. They said the most they could do for me was hold my bags with the bell service. The man (long hair, of native American origin) was rude about assisting me in anyway pertaining to my car was not his problem. I was also charged twice. With the second charge not being returned for a month. There was also no way to add a tip to my bill for the bell service and the ATM was out in the hotel.

We had a great 1 night stay while we were down for the Cardinal's home opener. The staff was very friendly, our room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. People giving bad reviews of this place must be very picky.... we had a pretty nice stay.

I would say the Zenia bar and grill... made reservations but the waiter said they don't do reservations. felt sorry for the waiter, he was the only one taking orders and bringing food out, took quite awhile to get a menu to order our dinner.

I loved staying here because it was convenient to Busch stadium where I was attending. Since it was a big weekend and there were so many people checking in at once, I never waited over 10 minutes. Will definitely stay here again when I go back to St. Louis. Also I ordered a pizza from the pantry which took 5 minutes to make because of the oven they had. How awesome

Clean and in excellent condition. Seemed to be safe area at night. Rooms and hallway were clean and in good condition.

No available free coffee in the lobby. The room coffee is terrible! Yes there was an available Starbucks. But after paying $200 plus for a room that we were in a total of 2 hours awake that is kind of ridiculous.

Location! Close to the convention center. Also walking distance to many eateries and coffeehouses.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready! It was a little past 6:00pm before we were able to check into our room after being exhausted from traveling all day!

Room was excellent with good accommodations and the staff was very friendly & gave excellent service!

Bad timing for us of a very busy place full of volleyball teenagers. Even so, the 1st room assigned was not close to the elevator (as requested) for my mobility challenged wife; the reassigned room was not much better. The provided parking access was not very convenient for the high price of parking. Overall, some good quality but rate a little high.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the location of this hotel was perfect. I went to the Beyonce concert and the hotel was located right next to the venue and was walking distance. Also the Blues Museum and other food places were in a short walking distance from the hotel. The overall room was very clean and I really enjoyed my stay. After the concert it was really hot outside and the hotel staff provided water for all the guests walking back inside.

The reception staff at night didn’t seem to have much knowledge of the area. The access to drinks and food at night was limited. They took away vending machines and replaced them with a very poorly stocked pantry that you have to have unlocked by staff.

Hotel was very clean. Building and driveway was well monitored and felt safe. The Starbucks on site was very convenient.

Not really something that can be changed without a major overhaul, but the building was older and the rooms were small by modern standards. Also, the Starbucks closed VERY early which was kind of weird considering that the hotel was full for the whole weekend.
