Check in process was smooth. I enjoyed the Staff, Location, City views, Comfy bed, adjustable TV and Modern pull out sofa. I liked the amount of outlets available in the room and lighting options. I also liked that there are Plenty of Ice Machines on odd number floors. Also the Hotel halls/lobby etc always smelled great!

I didn't like the amount of hangers available, the very low toilet seat, no counter space in the bathroom. This would be an awesome hotel if it had balconies. I also feel the price for the breakfast daily is expensive. I also was disappointed that they don't provide a Netflix account so customers can watch Netflix without a personal subscription. I was hoping they would have some Beyonce decorations up since the hotel was flooded with BeeHive Fans lol

Everything! From the time we pulled up we were greeted by very friendly baker and front desk staff.

I wanted to add this stay to my Marriott account and the young last at the desk said she did r think it could be done. I really need those points on my account.

This was the nicest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying and was truly beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and very well mannered, and the room was absolutely excellent. Thank you for the experience.

Parking and no pool were the only downside for us but we very much enjoyed our stay.

The room had a closet and a mini fridge.

There is nowhere to set tour toiletries while getting ready. A mirror byt the coffee maker sink would fix this problem. Also someone could be getting ready while another person showers since the bathroom is small.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Hidden fee of $30 to park my car. I would have booked elsewhere had I known.

My room was spacious and beautifully appointed. I had an excellent view of the riverfront. Easy walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. I would highly recommend this place if you're considering a visit to St. Louis.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was very quiet on the floor where we stayed so I was able to sleep well.

I was disappointed there was no continental breakfast offered. In my opinion, room rates are overpriced.

The size of my room was exceptional. We had forgot a few toiletries, but the front desk staff was very accommodating.

Loved the room, there were however some unsightly stains on the shower curtain and outside of the tub. Looked like rust or something not sure.

I was there for the conference and you would think that they would know to have extra staff on. We have been there once before with our conference. They were very short staffed and took almost 3 hours to get something to eat. They have known for a few years that we were coming and they should plan ahead.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was convenient and we were able to walk where we needed to go. It is a beautiful hotel. I loved the original decor in the lobby and hallways.
