The property was fairly well priced for what you got. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The location wasn’t the best as far as the homeless community that lingers around the property and the hotel was definitely in need of a renovation but overall it was pretty good for the price. Would book again. The staff was very helpful we had an issue with the original room we were given (bathtub faucet was busted) but the staff was quick to come attempt to fix our issue and then we eventually ended up getting a new room due to the staff not being able to repair the faucet. No fuss, no hassle, no blame game just a simple solution for the problem. :) would stay here again

The people in reception were fine, I always could change money and buy something to eat or drink. There is a microwave oven in the room something there is not in the Houston hotel I am now staying at. The cost of a night was a bargain.

The lift often wouldn't work. Inthe sidewalk in front of the hotel there was some trash such as dropped empty bottles. Some delivery services wouldn't go to the area. I asked an Uber and the pickup was somewhat distant of the hotel and I lost a bag on the way, that was not well lit.

The room was nice! Bed was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
