The breakfast had a nice selection, the gravy for the biscuits was a little too bland for my liking and the coffee was too week for me I like a bold coffee. I loved the extra room that was made available for the breakfast it was nice and roomy and very quiet. We enjoyed the 5:30 snack of wine beer and chips, that was a great snack and we enjoyed being there. The parking was easy and very convenient especially with a soccer and hockey game going on simultaneously, it was very easy and convenient to access. The room was clean we loved the shower was hot and the water pressure was great. The heat was a little difficult to control the unit didn’t get hot enough so we had to set the heat up high, might want to check the heater in 1009. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was great, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free parking made this a better value than most of the other hotels downtown that charge $50 or more per night.

The breakfast was fair, but not great. No variety in the menu. Waffles, sausage, biscuits eggs, and a very thin tasteless white gravy everyday. Something I expect from a motel chain, not Drury.

The morning breakfasts and evening kickbacks here at this hotel were good. I really like taking advantage of that. The room was spacious and the view from the room looking outside was great.

Unfortunately, the climate control system (specifically, the air conditioning system) was not working properly during my entire stay here. The maintenance came and fixed it the first night I stayed, but then broke down again the second night. Didn't get very much sleep in a very warm room on a hot summer night...

Doris at the front desk was vivacious and welcoming. She created a wonderful atmosphere both upon check-in and during the free happy hours which were held each evening. I also appreciated that there were complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and popcorn in the lobby. It creates an environment where there is some possibility for social interaction with others. I also found the location to be exactly what I sought: right near Union Station for easy access to my conference and to the light rail connection to the airport.

The breakfast could have been better. How about serving actual scrambled eggs? The ones from a mix were below cafeteria-grade. Hash browns would be nice.

This hotel was perfectly located for our overnight trip for the Kelsea Ballerini concert. Syberg’s the restaurant attached to hotel offered a shuttle to the concert venue for $2 per person each way which came in handy due to pouring rain our entire stay. Super close to Union Station which we would have walked to had our trip been longer. In nice weather we could have easily walked to the Enterprise Center also. Definitely keeping this hotel in mind for our next trip to St. Louis. The free covered parking was also a plus.

The staff were so friendly and polite. We got there on a Friday around 5:15. Middle of alot of guests coming and going, a cardinals game getting ready to start ECT. And the staff still were very polite,willing to answer any questions, and explained shuttle for the game, every night of your stay they offer free snacks,beer and wine for two hours which we thought was great right before we left for the game. The breakfast was great and well organized.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The atmosphere bc ALL the staff was VERY nice, friendly & eager to do whatever you needed them too. They had a VERY nice & good breakfast, as well as snack/happy hour. The quality of food was good & they kept bringing it out till time was up, so there was plenty@all times. The staff was constantly cleaning & very self conscience of messes. We could also see the firworks shows from the 10th floor window or down in the parking lot, which was great bc we didn't have to get out in the crowd! There was no problem parking. We would definitely stay here again, if we ever make it back to St Louis!!!

I wish the bathroom sink would have been outside the bathroom, but that really wasn't a big deal for us.

Loved that the room was clean no bugs! It was in a good location and everyone was very friendly. Loved the free parking too!

Had a few opportunities to be more cleaned. Stain on pillows, cover and carpet. Straw wrapped left inside cabinet by mini fridge. Other little things. Breakfast area had a lot of fruit flies and I think could have had a bit more selection for the breakfast. Also toilet kept flushing by itself in the middle of the night.

Very friendly staff, from the front desk to the dining area and housekeeping. Clean facilities, from the lobby and dining area to the hallways and rooms. The breakfast was fairly standard (biscuits and gravy, sausage, powdered eggs, cereal, waffles, etc.) but plentiful and filling. They have a fountain pop (Coke products) available during breakfast and then from 3-10 PM. FRESH popcorn in the lobby in the afternoon, and then snacks (nachos, pretzels and potato chips) and drinks from like 5:30-7.

I am not a coffee drinker at all but my wife said the coffee was bad.

Super friendly and helpful staff! They also have a great complimentary breakfast spread, coffee and soda all day, and popcorn in the afternoons/evening. Room had both a fridge and microwave. And the pool has a hottub. All in all, great amenities. And very convenient to soccer games or events at the train station.

A touch rundown. And no safe in the room. Neither was a big deal for me, but it's the kind of thing that makes it a 9 instead of a 10.
