Great location. Helpful staff mostly.

Stayed 10 nights. Sheets were never changed on the bed. While the room was prebooked and paid for on booking .com management insisted that I pay 720 dollars on arrival. When i raised the issue with the manager David he was very apologetic and said monies would be reimbursed. Only 660 has been reimbursed to date. Not very satisfactory to be honest.

The stay at Home2Suites was overall a very good experience and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was decent and they also had really good coffee available at all times in the lobby. The gym was open 24h. Rooms were spacious and it seemed very new and well maintained. The small kitchen in the hotel room was a huge plus. As for location, it couldn’t have been better for us as it’s located close to the botanical garden and the Zoo which are both worth a visit. It’s only a short drive to downtown St.Louis as well. The price was also nice compared to other hotels in surrounding area. It seemed very family friendly as well.

The pool water was really cold, and the breakfast could have had a bigger selection.

I liked how well the room is established. It has everything you need for a couple of nights regarding dishes, fridge, and bathroom products. It is also pretty close to the zoo, where we wanted to go And, I loved that they have a shuttle. After driving for so long, I was glad and relieved to don't have to do it in a strange city.

I was not too fond of the breakfast We went at 9 am ( it ends at 10 am). The only thing they still had was waffles and toasts. I hope they had eggs earlier. The pool looked oily. We went to the pool in the end of a Saturday!

Outstanding customer service, wonderful hot breakfast, loved the 24-7 coffee kiosk, comfortable rooms with fully stocked kitchenette, close to all the good tourist attractions, excellent price for the stay

One of the exercise machines in the fitness center was broken, so we took turns using other one. This is the most minor thing, but we really wanted a full workout in the mornings.

The room was big. We within 10 miles of most attractions. The breakfast was great, even options for special diets. The staff was friendly. Love the shower!!! The room was fairly quiet even though we were right by the Interstate. The kids loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. If I am ever in the area again, I would stay here.

It was so nice that I hate to say anything but the kitchen and bathroom floor were a bit dirty. I spilled some water and when wiped it up, the paper towel was brown.

Good Location, close to several attractions with few restaurants close by. The hotel had decent breakfast food and excellent customer service. Rooms are big and comfy with a full kitchen amenity.

Towels are not so clean, some are old and dingy. Pillows are terrible and go flat. Some of the pillows smell like sweat. Pillow cases look old with yellowish color. The water pressure in the shower was low.

The staff was super friendly. The lady at the front desk helped us find a really awesome ice cream location for our family. She also let us know what areas to avoid. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice.

It just needs an update. The room is getting a little dated but it’s clean. My only real complaint was the toilet flash was on top of the tank. My germaphobic brain had a hard time with that.

It was a very comfortable room and would be a great place to stay for extended stays. There was plenty of room, comfortable beds and seating, and well stocked. The breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly. It was also in a great location!

The bathroom could be wiped down a bit more thoroughly. There were a few stray hairs that probably shouldn't be there. Other than that, it was very clean.

The breakfast choices were pretty good, and the rooms had everything we needed in them.

We had a couple roaches in the kitchen area, but I wouldn't call it an actual infestation.

The room was spacious, full kitchenette, free shuttle was great! A nice, saltwater pools, that unfortunately, we didn't have time to check out.

The only downside was breakfast. It was good, but a line at the waffle maker, and no biscuits and gravy on the weekend! Only weekdays, major disappointment.
