I had a wonderful time, arriving shortly before midnight had no problems checking in :) The hotel is close to everything, I even walked to the arch and back! The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to forest park and all the museums and you feel relaxed being in that area without all the hassle/stress to do everything in one day from the downtown area. Big applause for all of the staff for being wonderful and caring about my stay, If i'm visiting St louis again, Red roof inn will always be my choice of stay

I don't have a single thing to say against this hotel nor staff. Everything was wonderful

Every was great I just didn’t have a tv remote and I did let the receptionist know that there wasn’t one in there and told me it was no problem so that was good. I didn’t want to get charged for something that was me.

Didn’t like that the water pressure was low when I wanted to shower and a little dusty on the head boards but other then that everything else was excellent

TV - remote did not match! Remote not include functions listed on TV - COULD NOT SELECT MOVIES/PAY PER VIEW (bad for YOUR business too!), had to operate channel selection from back of TV. Basic channels not come in (NBC, CBS, others) -odd

We stayed in a king room on the first floor, it was cozy and really comfortable. The room was clean, nothing about this place grossed me out or seemed sketchy. All the staff were super friendly and awesome. Very hospitable. It was close to all of the attractions/downtown area. I'd definitely stay here again.

The only thing was the $50 deposit that booking.com doesn't tell you about, although it's a refundable fee, it's just nice to be aware of.

My pets stayed for free!!! I was surprised to see how quite it was.The staff was very helpful! Thank you!

Price and location

The bathroom sink was leaking, and they put a towel around the leak and on the floor. My children were there to take my granddaughter to the children's hospital for surgery, so it wasn't the cleanest. But I got what i paid for.

I was a corner room and would have liked a microwave and refrigerator in the room. This particular room did not have one. My associate's room did have both refrigerator and microwave.

Staff was very friendly and went beyond expectations to meet all our needs. Our room had had a lot of upgrades. The guests seemed to be average families. Hardee’s and wendy’s Within easy walking distance. Barnes Jewish hospital a short drive away.

Keep working on the upgrades. They are nice. You could tell it’s an older motel, but it was comfortable. There were some odd smells around the elevator area. Some things in need of repair, but everything we needed could be found and was functional.

I had a good rest and was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The desk and chair in the room were a bonus as it made for good working space for anyone who needed to work. The power sockets were conveniently placed.

The wifi was fine in some areas, but the wifi in some parts and rooms of the inn was out of reach. Some power sockets were not working very well. If guests could have access to some sort of extension cord to aid connectivity, that would be great.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and how nice they were to my pets and how they treated us for our first time in St. Louis

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was there was a lot of commotion going on late at night which wasn’t the properties fault
