Nice room. Good selection of TV channels. Was not aware there was a pool. Looked at pool and it was nice. Check out was easy. Location was easy to get to and entry and exits were easy to use. Great location and good parking.

Breakfast selection could be better. Would be nice to have packages of oatmeal. Either chicken patties or sausage links with scrambled eggs every other day. Would have liked bacon instead of chicken patties. Only white bread was available. Needs a variety of white and wheat bread. Only two (2) trolleys/clothes carts in service for whole motel. NEEDS AT LEAST SIX. Checking out on Sunday there were none to be found on the premises. Need signage to direct guests to return them to lobby!

Great location. Cute little area, not busy and almost right next door to Bass Pro. My husband was thrilled! Staff was very friendly and the one day we actually made it to breakfast, the food was good.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable, but it wasn't horrible. Our last day there, there was a water main break somewhere in the neighborhood, so there was no water. I wish we had gotten a text about it, but again, nothing horrible. I wasn't in the shower when it happened. That would have been bad. Again, this was of no fault of theirs. It did not interfere with our stay too much. I would definitely stay there again.

Front desk personnel were excellent with the exception of female working Friday June 20th. We needed to cut our stay short by one day. Personnel on Thursday very helpful about how and when we needed to do that to avoid charges. When we tried to follow those directions the female worker on Friday day shift was almost rude. She insinuated that she couldn't do anything until we actually checked out Sunday cause people always say they will be down by 0900 and rarely are. When I reiterated the reason for the call she became dismissive and got very short with me. Upon returning to the hotel Friday evening the front desk personnel were extremely helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. I did reach out to manager on Sunday prior to leaving to make him aware.

We loved the pool and hot tub! The breakfast in the morning was a nice perk. It was in a perfect location. Only 5 minutes from The Magic House. Lots of shopping and restaurants and close to all that St. Louis had to offer! We enjoyed the zoo and the City Museum during our stay.

The room was in pretty good shape, but there was hair left in the shower. The room definitely had some wear and tear, but the beds were comfortable, and it had everything you would need. After quiet hours, there was some running going on on the floor above, but it didn't last long.

Clean, not smelly, friendly staff, modernized within budget, pool was clean and temperature controlled (daytime, nighttime not so much) and hot tub was clean as well. Had hot coffee/tea and water hot/cold ready for guests 24/7. Well illuminated surrounding/parking lot. My new go to place in St. Louis.

I didn’t had hairdryer in the room, but lobby staff got me one in 3min or less. Linens are only changed every 3 days or after you check-out, but you can ask for fresh linens in the lobby.

Overall, the hotel and the rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast had a decent variety. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

Room 219 did not have a refrigerator, and there was damage to the wall where it appeared that someone slammed the door against it (I took pictures and reported it immediately). I would have preferred that the refrigerator in Room 214 had a freezer section for my ice packs, but it's not a deal breaker. I had to turn the AC in room 214 down to 64 degrees to get it to come on at all, which made the room rather cold. Family members occupying room 219 left a day early due to illness, and my request for refund or reduced rate for the unused room was denied.

I loved the alone time , the quietness and zen.

Didn't like the check in and check out. The lady seemed very overwhelmed checking us in and checking us out. She actually was so overwhelmed she forgot to give me my driver's license back. Still in all she wasn't rude about it. She just seemed very overwhelmed. Also the kids who stayed there completely destroyed the breakfast set up. By the time I was ready for breakfast, the kids made the area look so unappealing I didn't eat. Need to have someone monitor the food from unattended children or a lot of food will go to waste.

Very clean rooms ,only thing I'd when We Arrived at the property they couldn't fine are reservation, The young lady Working when We checked in around 3:30 ,said I Canceled it ,I said No I didn't cancel my reservation," so After She went ahead and gave us a room , and we paid the 50 .00 dollars damages, it's something they do in case there is any damage to the room which there was not .Well, I'm OCD so if anything, I check the room ,and see somewhat that it is clean 😉

Not really anything, everything was real nice

I love that’s fact that the building was updated. It was very nice and clean. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The pool hours are the best I think all hotels should Change pool hours to what you have . The room was really nice and clean and was not expecting to have a fridge in the room so that was a nice surprise . We celebrated our 5 year anniversary there and it was the great addition to it . So thank you for that . Definitely will be using you guys again.
