Beautiful hotel. Immaculately clean. Top notch staff. The hotel provided an evening snack, on Saturday it was pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, slaw, nachos, baked beans and yes some salad fixings. Breakfast was also good with fresh pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, potatoes, oatmeal and cereal. Mr. Patel in the morning and Tom at the front desk in the evening stood out. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and had a smile.

Noise off the freeway in the room was a touch too much at times. Don't think you can do much about it though unless you can book on the other end perhaps.

The free dinner and complimentary alcoholic drinks were great after a long drive. The staff was super friendly and the food (breakfast and dinner) was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is near a shopping area and Six Flags. Washers and dryers were available. I also liked the option of using the indoor or outdoor pool. Great value for a last-minute summer trip!

The shower room was a bit tight, but clean and sufficient. The sink was outside the shower room. The pillows could've been better.

Clean- Comfy beds & rooms are spacious. Hotel & Rooms smell fresh, clean & fully stocked with everything you need! They also accommodated my golden retriever puppy for the roadtrip (pet friendly). Excellent hot buffet breakfast with coffee before heading out on the road.

Areas of improvement are parking. Sharing with Bob Evan’s & Hampton Inn next door made it hard to find parking when we checked in, where you can watch your vehicle (not worry about break ins)

We arrived approximately 7pm got checked right in and up to our room. We were right by the elevator which we feared would be noisey. I didn’t hear one loud person or the elevator ding at any point. We enjoyed the hot tub and woke up to a delicious complimentary breakfast. We brought our dog with us to her specialty vet appt and the easy access the the highway from this Drury’s location was perfect.

The pool was freezing, it looked to be connected to the outdoor pool which made the water feel like an ice bath since it was December when we stayed. But I preferred the hot tub for my achey joints.

Convenient location to the National Transportation Museum. The free breakfast buffet was excellent with a pancake and waffle station. From 5:30 to 7 PM was happy hour that included 3 free drinks and an extensive buffet that was a dinner meal. Pulled pork sliders were served one of the nights. Very clean room. The entire hotel was clean and well appointed.

Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally courteous, accommodating and pleasant. My husband has asthma and I really appreciated that the air freshener was not overpowering but was mild and had a very pleasant, clean scent. It was a very, very nice stay.

The Drury.com website isn't user friendly in my opinion, it was actually so aggravating that I made my booking on Booking.com so I didn't get any Drury rewards.

The entire staff could not have been more nicer! The breakfast was hearty and appreciated. Front desk answered all questions and was able to extend our stay while a family member was in the hospital. Even the cleaning crew was cheery. Love the upgrades they did this year.

We got spoiled having a great room the first 2 nights, the 3rd night was in room 200 and the bed was rock hard. It will not stop us from coming back again. ( just not in that room)

Nice clean rooms, 2 queen bed room had lots of extra space. Beds were comfortable so were the pillows. The breakfast was great, a lady was actively making fresh pancakes at a flattop. There was also a soda machine in there.

Only downfall was the room didn’t get as cold as I would have liked but it was very hot outside so probably contributed

Everything. New, quiet rooms. Comfy bed. Big bathroom. Much needed areas to put all of our things. Food. Staff is always polite and helpful. Thank you all. You're the difference in why we stay here. Blessings always.

Smoking in front of the main entrance. When we checked in and when we checked out several times during our stay. This could be a turn-off for non smoking guests.

Breakfast was decent. Comfortable pillow.

Toilet fill tube lever had to be adjusted after every flush because it wouldn’t stop running. Only one mirror besides the bathroom mirror and it was in an inconvenient location. Bed was too firm. Bedroom didn’t insulate from the sound of kids running and playing.
