Great location, friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. We were only there to sleep so didn’t get to use any amenities. We were gone before breakfast started.

Room had a musty smell to it. Was pretty warm at first but cooled down after a bit. I feel like the rate was ok, maybe a little much for what you get.

It was close to the places we needed to be. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was acceptable.

Next to abandoned motel. The pool was very small and somewhat dirty. No hot tub. I found a sausage link near my bed for previous customer. My kids thought it was dog poop.

The complimentary breakfast was very good and the quality was good or better then some of the other IHG facilities that are suppose to be higher.

Nothing on this visit. This is not our first visit to this location.

The room was nice and clean. Since there was 5 of us staying in a double queen bed room, the staff provided a cot that my 11 year old grandson said was very comfortable. They also accommodated us generously on our checkout time.

Breakfast was wonderful with a small but nice verity my kids loved the pancakes!

When requesting the family suite and coming from out of town for specifically the cardinals games I wish there were 2 cardinals themed bedspreads so my little who slept on the pull out couch could have also felt like he had a special night at a “cardinals” hotel

Gloria was amazing! Even though booking.com sent through the wrong room request she was helpful and got us sorted out and we could get some sleep before continuing our trip home. She is a great representative for you!

The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially since we checked in so late. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

There was nothing that we didn't like, however you could tell that the building was a little older and could use a few updates. The breakfast was wonderful, but the area to set in was cramped.

Location is perfect. It was quiet considering we were so close to the expressway

Although clean, the hotel is starting to need some maintenance.

Mary the front desk manager was exceptional. She helped us out many times. Also the rest of the staff were great and never stopped working. You've got a great crew here.

Only one employee did not pull his weight. A young black man who cleaned the rooms. Never saw him working during our 3 day stay. Did not give me much confidence that my room was actually cleaned.

I liked the option of a family suite and how it was set up

The room smelled fishy when we first arrived. The AC seemed to run continuously but didn't actually cool the room to the desired temp until about 4 in the morning.
