The availability of restaurants on the property so I could feed my son while playing poker. I liked the attached casino, which was the primary reason for staying at this property. There's more poker games at Hollywood than Ameristar.

Most of the restaurants closed at 10 (or before) on Sunday, so my only option was the Asian restaurant. My son likes to take a bath, and was disappointed that it was only a shower. The shower door did not stay closed.

Size of the room and the staff that checked me in. The lady opening the coffee shop was very hospitable.

The lady opening the coffee shop had a line waiting to order, and she could only do so much by herself and still had a great attitude. Consider having more than 1 person available to serve your customers. It took me more than 25 minutes standing in line to get regular coffee. This happened the morning of 10/21/23 at approximately 615 a.m. The mini fridge was not very cold.

Close to the amphitheater for the concert. The shuttle for $15 took you right to the gates and you didn't have to wait in the long line. Rooms were big and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds weren't very comfortable and the pillows were awful, bring your own. No microwave and the food was way over priced.

We were attending a concert at the amphitheater and utilized the shuttle service. Quick, efficient and hassle free. Bathroom was very nice.

Bed and pillows Very uncomfortable. Very difficult to get shampoo, etc out of dispenser. Coffee cups were too large to fit under the coffee maker. Very warm in room even after adjusting thermostat

It was very clean and nice. I enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

The shuttle was a lot slower and not as organized as usual. We had to wait 40 minutes to get on a shuttle and then when it was finally our turn the staff started letting people behind us get on the bus before us. The ride back went great though!

There's so much to choose from to do so you don't HAVE to go out. They have food and drink options right there in the hotel. The Casino staff was great and accommodating and the bar was reasonably priced! We're already looking into next year's girls trip to be there again!

Location and convenience are main reason for staying there.

Hotel is overpriced for quality of the rooms. Employees are friendly for the most part they seem to assume that you know how everything works.It's difficult to find your way around unless you're going to the casino.

Really nice room. Very clean. Renovated. Staff at reception were lovely. I opted for the very end of a long hall , but worth it because it was quiet around me.

Really need a convenience shop. Sundries was limited and way over priced. Not happy about the amenities charge to room. What amenities?? Restaurants selection and quality could be better. Do you screen for weapons?? Security seemed lax.

We walked across the parking lot to go to our concert, no fighting traffic! Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Walls were very thin (heard neighbors like they were in our room). View was terrible, overlooked the top of the hotel buildings

I loved the fact that the handicap accessible shuttle bus picked up my father and took him over to the amphitheatre. We were able to have a great time.

Wish there was more handicap accessible rooms. With handicap accessible bathrooms in the rooms.
