If I had to find one thing I wasn't a fan of, I'd say it was incredibly difficult to navigate the parking lots to get access to the hotel itself. Understandably there isn't much to be done about the location of the property, but this was our first time (and probably not the only time) staying at Comfort Suites and it was just a chore navigating to and from our vacation spots and finding our way back while dodging other confused hotel commuters. A high visibility sign or two would have assisted greatly.

Great location. Easy parking.

We put an unopened package of donuts in our room around 5:15 p.m. we left for a concert, got back around 11:00. In the morning when I went to open them (cardboard box, sealed with a label), they were covered in ants. I moved the dresser and there were some behind there. I checked the cooler bag they came in and there wasn't any ants in that bag and that bag stayed in my car. So, somehow, these sugar ants got into this package in the evening and into the morning. We were also on the third floor but with the amount of rain we've been getting, they will find ways inside.

Pool was nice and cold for it being so hot outside. They had honestly the best instant coffee i ever had at a hotel. Bed was soft, AC worked well. Housekeeping respects the do not disturb signs, that's nice.

There WAS blood on the sheets when we came in? Like just a little in the seam, nothing too crazy. Makes me wonder if they charge you for damages even if they dont replace their damaged linens...

Everything seemed clean. The room and the bed were comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was older, but worked well. The shower was just right.

The room's smoke detector was on the ceiling over the bed and had a bright light which prevented the room from being totally dark. As well, there was bright light from the hallway which also kept the room from being as dark as some might like it.

The staff was wonderful and helpful and very friendly. The selection of cold breakfast items were good. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was nice. The ice machines were easy to get to. Lots of places close by if you needed or wanted just about anything

The hot breakfast could have had more selections. And hours could have been a little longer. Maybe 10:30 am? The refrigerator was not very cold. And they ran out of towels a lot at the pool

Easily accessible - just off I70. Polite , helpful and welcoming staff. Appreciated the free coffee / water in reception 24/7. Not a massive selection at breakfast but I always left with a full belly - waffles, toast, pastries, cereal, juices, scrambled eggs, sausage links, home fries, coffee, tea etc. Washing facilities (clothes) are easy to use via an app and the washing detergent is available to purchase on site.

The staff was awesome. We needed to change room for more room ant they took care of that in less than five minutes. The breakfast was great. The lady in the kitchen was friendly and made good food. We had two service dogs that were able to stay in our rooms with no problems. It was a great place to stay. We will go there again if we need to travel to St. Charles.

It was all good, especially the staff!

The hotel in general was really nice! Great location for what we wanted and some really nice breakfast in the mornings.

The only complaint I have was when we went to pack to leave my husband found women’s underwear under the bed when gather out clothes, as well as a bag with tooth paste, tooth brush and other hygiene products.

I loved that there was plenty of space for my big family and I also loved that there was pool that kept my kids entertained well we were at the hotel I also thought the setup outside for smoking was nice and had an amazing night view

During my stay there wasn't anything I didn't like it was all great

Usually at a comfort you have access to tables in the breakfast area all day where you can sit in mingle or play cards. This location it was locked because they rent it out. We were having a siblings reunion and we love to play games and it was not easy at this location.
