We didn't get a chance to eat at the breakfast. It closed at 9:00 AM and we didn't get downstairs to check out till then. It would be a big help to those of us who are a little slow getting ready for the day if the breakfast hours were extend half an hour or so.

Pushing the luggage carts across the carpeting in the hallways was difficult for us. I use a cane and my friend is not as strong ass she used to be so it was a real issue for us. Also, we both had shrimp scampi at the Italian restaurant in the hotel and it was highly seasoned. Shrimp are not supposed to be highly seasoned for Shrimp Scampi.

I was pleased with my stay! For Drury to not be my first choice, they exceeded any expectations I could have had. Upon arrival I was greeted gracefully with the staff members! Even the guests were friendly and polite! The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable! Hospitality team was promptly in bringing extra towels I asked for. Breakfast was delicious 🤤 and the management WOWED me! They actually cared how your stay was going, they came during breakfast and conversed with us and made sure our needs were met. I can definitely see myself doing another staycation here at Drury! Thank you and continue to keep this up!

There was nothing I didn’t like

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which was amazing. When I checked in the staff allow me to check in a few hours early without an additional fee which I greatly appreciated because I was tired from travel. The location is amazing and I wish I was staying longer because there was so much stuff in the area without having to drive or Uber that it just makes it very convenient. The room was spacious and everything was comfortable. Free parking, which is an added bonus. There were ample television channels to pick from which was amazing as well. There was an evening staff when I came back from an event late named Raya, who was absolutely Amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure that I have whatever I needed and offered assistance in ways that I’ve never had at any other hotel. She just was like a ray of sunshine from the beginning to the end and I wish more people were like her in service industry. Ray understood the assignment and she Provided exemplary customer service in the hotel should be quite proud of her. I got the room for a reasonable price as well. They also allowed a late check out without additional fees which I thought was incredible. A wonderful experience at this hotel.

Everything was great

The breakfast was great! The location was fantastic. Bed was comfortable; room very clean and nice. Didn't get to try the evening happy hour but have plans to do that the next time we visit!

Fire alarm went off at 4:15am (no fire); gave the front desk an opportunity for a remedy when we checked out; we were given a $5 discount on our next stay. That didn't seem a sufficient remedy, considering the price we paid for safe, quiet comfortable place to stay, and our sleep was completely wrecked. That said, all things considered, we would stay here again; that was an unusual occurance.

It was convenient and within walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and other amenities. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast, evening buffet, and 3 free drink tickets every night was nice.

The bartender on Sunday evening was very rude and lazy. I ordered the exact same drink as I had on Saturday night and it was mixed correctly and was excellent. It was served in an actual glass. On Sunday the bartender told me that the dishwasher was broken serving the drink in a small plastic cup. She did not add any vodka to the drink. When she handed it to me drink it looked like tinted sprite. I watched her make the drink. I politely asked her if she could add vodka to the drink and she told me that she if she did she would have to charge me for a shot. Needless to say, the drink was awful and I ended up throwing it away. I didn’t even bother using my other free drink vouchers.

The staff was fabulous! Very accommodating and went above and beyond! The kick back is amazing and really helps when you are trying to vacation on a budget as a single mom.

The neighbors Saturday night were so disrespectful and therefore I barely slept. They were very loud! I slipped and fell getting out of the hot tub Friday night. It was so loud in there that no one noticed. I laid there for a couple minutes and got myself up and went to my room. My back is killing me.

Beautiful facility, great desk staff and culinary staff, wonderful kick-back. Rooms were lovely and beds comfortable.

Second morning a young man was knocking at our door at 8:00 for service??? (We were in our pajamas.) Believe only word he spoke was SERVICE. I asked if he wanted our towels??? He gave us clean towels. No one came back later to make beds, empty trash (some left from day before), or replenish coffee (wasn't fully replenished day before). I went down to desk for coffee supplies, bag for Trash, and 7bag for ice bucket

I absolutely love how clean the hotel was. No matter where I go across the state Drury Plaza has never let me down. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and kickbacks are always delicious. Pools are always clean and accommodating; fresh towels, easy access to shower and bathroom. The kids especially love the pool here at Drury because it is part indoor and part outdoor. I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel everything from the price to the guest service is always excellent! Thank you all for making my families visit another memorable moment!!!!

Everything was perfect!

It was good eggs were watery but the biscuits and sausage were delicious

The young blonde with long straight hair and glasses in the reception area she did not speak to us coming or going but would always speak with the people that will be behind us she will look straight through us and did not speak to us at all several times coming in and coming out of hotel lobby. She gave me that horrible feeling 😔

The free breakfast, free daily drinks with evening snacks, the staff friendliness all the time. The Customer Service was excellent!! The room was perfect and if we asked for something it was given in a timely manner.

Nothing! Everything was great and I was very impressed with this hotel!! most definitely will be going back soon. Its locate by everything you need. Priced just right and very clean hotel!! I recommend this hotel!!
