The location, the room size, and amenities, Beth at the front desk, plenty of outlets to charge electronics, good wifi, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clear drains, great value for price paid!

The TV remote was filthy, but the room and bathroom generally appeared clean. Paint around baseboards did not match up from remodeling, no sheer curtains in room; only blackout curtains, bathtub mat pulling up at leading edge.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Great water pressure in the shower, plenty of hot water. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, check in and out were very smooth. We didn't swim, but the indoor, heated pool looked very inviting, made me wish we had brought our swim suits. Great location, close to where we were going, all in all it was a good stay.

The staff was very friendly excited to wait on you. Walked in super clean place even the lobby bathroom was spick and span shiny clean.

There's nothing I can say derogative towards this place it was an excellent stay worth the money best I've had in St Charles for inexpensive stays. Nothing I did not like nothing at all totally nothing a wonderful great place

Absolutely fantastic place to stay well worth the money. Beds were absolutely as soft as could be in the pillows were absolutely awesome. Best sleep. I’ve had in a while at a hotel.

Would’ve been nice to have a little bit more of a selection in the vending machine maybe some after our food in the vending machine

Rooms could use a little update. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've slept on ever, and that's comparing to thousand dollar condos! The staff was super friendly. Easy to get, too. The only real wish would be a heated pool. However, I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Quiet, elevators worked, parking was convenient.

Our room was right by the elevator room so we could hear a loud buzzing noise all night. Beds weren’t too comfortable but it was ok for a night. Didn’t try the breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay if you’re not there for more than a couple nights.

The motel was conveniently located for our purposes.

I didn’t like that smokers (including staff) were allowed just off the entrance, so we couldn’t enter or exit the motel without walking through secondhand smoke.

The staff was nice and the room was clean and the area is in a great location and price of stay was affordable and you get breakfast. I will stay there again.

The hallway could use a little updating and some fragrance as you can smell people smoke in the nonsmoking sections however that is not the facilities fault.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. All the expected amenities were there. The AC worked well. The breakfast was okay..

The shower controls were corroded and difficult to operate.

Great place! Clean comfortable with a friendly, responsive staff. Breakfast was good too! Great value.and an excellent location right off the freeway.
