The location was good. The price wasn't too bad. We liked that the room was different from a regular hotel. It felt more private and was very spacious. The bed was comfortable, shower was good and hot. Overall, it was good. Would recommend and will stay again.

Wasn't told about any breakfast. Need a lamp on both nightstands by the bed, not just one. There was a fridge which was great, but needs a microwave as well. Internet would be great to have. A guide for the TV because not all channels are the same from place to place. A few modern updates would be great.

The building is older but the staff keeps the place so tidy and clean its ok that its older. The desk staff are probably the nicest staff Ive ever had the pleasure of working with in my travels. check in was asy and they are available 24 /7 . Great Value for the price and its central to just about everything in the area. Definbitly reccomend if you need to book a stay here in Saint Charles. Theyre awesome!

The weather but the hotel surely cant control that - lol. Hotel was great- no complaints

I liked that it was clean. Also, the room was very large, with a lot of space to move around. I also liked that it was not above or below other rooms, and the walls were not so thin that you heard any other tennants or devices.

The bathroom was a little small for such a big room, but, that wasn't too bad. It did have a large sink area with a large mirror and plenty of space to get ready with.

It's good new renovation the bathroom. Towels, linen are new. First day cause we are tired from travel we sleep good. Like the front desk in charge that day. He give me the room location i want.

I just notice the second day. At the back of the headboard so dusty. My husband have allergy keep sneezing.

The inn wasn’t that bad as people describe it, two bedrooms was pretty clean and even had an iron table for ironing the clothes. It has a refrigerator, microwave, and a television that we haven’t even used but it’s handy to have them to kill boredom.

A lot of the facilities need maintenance, even vending machines to buy some water is not available.

location and price was good, liked parking my car near my door, the sheets and bathroom seemed clean

there were some ants randomly in the room, the window wouldn't close all the way, there was a space there, the carpet and bedspread seemed dirty

The empathic concern of the check in agent on the first night of stay. There was a maintenance issue with my original assigned room 315. The commode was clogged and needed immediate attention from the staff. I spoke with the agent ( he was very silent in approach) about the issue. He decided that a new room needed to be assigned (room 302) but after he closed the previous room 315 until the issue is fixed.

The newly assigned room 302 had a issue with the keyless entry device and the door handle was in need of replacement. I was told to bump the door to enter of the swipe was not working to reset and turn green. I didn’t like to hear that piece of advice. this made me instantly fell unsafe in a public sleeping place and I was alone in the room while my children were at work with Amazon. I saw more than 3 men in my walk to my room. They were paying guests that only glanced at me but their notification of my presence made me more alert. So I wasn’t feeling very comfortable alone in the room. My last night of stay was horrible I didn’t get any rest.

We like we were left alone and had privacy and it was very quiet on the property

The only issue we had was that the Wi-Fi did not reach to the room we were in so we were unable to use Wi-Fi our phones or anything for the night which made it hard to do anything

Price mainly cause we usually stay in Westport when I come home to Stl. But it was very pricey fora night and then we saw this and it was awesome. So now we will come back to this place.

Conveniently located. Large rooms. Good showers. Rooms and property were clean.

Could use a little updating, but I don’t really care because I wasn’t looking for a resort, just a place to sleep.
