The hotel is beautiful! The staff was nice & attentive whenever possible. The free breakfast was great! The food was fresh & the fruit was delicious! They also offer a free happy hour allowing guests of age to enjoy 2 drinks of choice on the house

I didn't like the checkout time being so early. I understand the hotel is large & they have to get folks out in order to allow new guests in, but 11 am is a push. I also think they need to provide more handicap spots in the front & add handicapped spots onto the back lot. The beds are not the worst nor are they the best. The beds are a bit firm for my comfort, but the pillows are superb! The pool is a little small & can be consumed with kids. Maybe an adult pool & a separate family pool would be ideal

It would have been the best weekend, including our hotel stay if they wouldn't have charge me and one of my guests BOTH. I NEED MY $188.09 that I HELD the Room with only was charged. A week later and still don't have it. My family went with out a Thanksgiving meal bc of this nonsense!! Everyone I talk to said, dispute it with my bank! What the heck? Plus I KNOW I dropped my brand new Samsung Galaxy A15 5G in the bar getting our free drinks before we took an Uber to The Family Arena for our concert and the staff wouldn't even look. I feel like I didn't deserve to actually get out with my Childhood friends and enjoy myself. My husband is so upset with me and the hotel for taking his money! Unexceptable! We are barely surviving after losing our home, so I guess I just need not to go anywhere or enjoy myself, because this is what happened only to me.🥹 My name is Robin Cima We stayed there 11-23-2024 My friend Melissa Espinosa got charged full amount after telling them my card was just to HOLD the room. Everyone was very friendly and the staff did a wonderful job at keeping everything clean.

Only thing I didn’t care for was on Saturday night children were running in the hallway playing. I put most of the blame on the inconsideration of the parents BUT I felt the staff should have gone up at some point and said something to the parents. This was still going on after 10:00 pm. I noticed this happening when we got back to the hotel shortly after 9. I went to bed about 10:30 and closed the bedroom door and the noise wasn’t so bad then. Otherwise I would have contacted the front desk.

Too many kids Someone was smoking weed and I could smell it all in my room. Me and my friend was getting sick from it. My plugin wasn't helping. Had to report it so that we wouldn't get accused for it. Security came but it's wasn't much he could do. He was able to smell it too.It was a bit overwhelming. We had to keep leaving out of our room because it was making us sick and constantly coughing. Smelling blunts wasn't what I wanted to be smelling in my room. Also you need better pillows. They are super flat!

I love the location and how it was clean with no musky order. Geneva was so pleasant and friendly; also, her greeting/ welcome was great. The young lady who made the omelets and pancakes was very nice and committed to doing her best to make orders as prompt and proficient as possible.

The breakfast was mediocre. When the website said breakfast was made to order, I expected more of a selection. The selection of food was very limited. The young lady who made the omelets and pancakes was great; however, the line was outrageous. No one tried to help her fulfill the orders. The bacon was salty on the first morning of our stay; the second day, it was a bit better. The teamwork was not the greatest.

The location of the property was good for us.

The hotel was filled nearly to capacity, which made parking difficult, and waiting on an elevator was extremely long at times. Breakfast was so crowded that there were no free tables, and the wait staff weren’t keeping up with bussing them, so we got to eat breakfast with the previous people’s dirty dishes sitting there. There was one of the wait staff guys running around with a black cloth mask and rubber gloves on that didn’t clean one table that I saw. The grill was painfully slow so getting an omelet or eggs over easy took over 20 minutes. The buffet line was also frequently out of potatoes, sausages, etc.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, buffet breakfast was great! Young lady working in the Gift shop / Starbucks was especially friendly and helpful.

A/C in room was not consistent and I woke up feeling hot a few times in the night. Pillows weren’t firm enough for me—would be nice to have an extra firm pillow in closet for those who have that preference. I was in town overnight for a funeral, so not a lot of time for me to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer. I would stay with you again.

Suite for separate private bed area, breakfast was nice, indoor plants and water fountains made it a nice experience. We like that the window opened for fresh air. Liked a table in room, (most hotels don't do that anymore). Night shift attendant was kind and helped us get in with door issues in lobby. Liked the Dove toiletries.

They didn't allow us a 1 hour early check-in whatsoever after they already said it was fine. Rather we had to sit and wait until 3, then our (already paid for) room STILL not ready, so I had to opt for another room. They also weren't the friendlyist of people, like we were bothering him. The first guy was decent, gave us water while waited. There was no vent in bathroom, so it stayed pretty muggy, and air conditioning was down to 60, and still not cool, rather felt like a fan on this 90+ degree weekend. We had 4 people on booking, but only 3 towels and we told them that, but never got more. We didn't get to use the pool (which was main reason for picking this location) but that was closed due to weather (indoor pool).

I liked it a lot! The pool is nice (deck needs to be cleaned more often) and the breakfast was good (but the coffee terrible! Glad I brought my own)

The carpets need to be shampooed, not just vacuumed. This isn’t unusual for hotels, I know but the carpet is dirty due to messy guests, not the hotel staff. Some disgusting guest must have spilled something between the beds because the carpet was crunchy

The room was lovely as always. The location of the room was in the corner away from busy areas.

I booked a 47th anniversary stay. My note asked for something special to occur for my parents and I got a reply to my booking saying "We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." I'm glad there was no extra charge because nothing special was said to my parents at checkin and no note in their room or anything indicating the hotel had any idea.
