I had issues with My cards being frozen for Fraud detection and it was Martin Luther King Weekend..so banks were closed on Monday. At the same time it was snowing bad. The Hilton Garden Inn, Specifically Ken, who works overnights went above & beyond as I have been staying here for the last 26 days for work purposes. I really appreciate all that Ken, and the staff who I have gotten to know..took such good care of Me. I w/ recommend this specific hotel, & I do, to everyone. Sincerely Sully Sullivan

The location was perfect for a concert at The Factory! Very spacious room! Loved the little coffee/fridge station and the closet with tons of storage! Had a drink at the bar and the server was so nice.

The La Marca Prosecco that was for sale was not cold. There should be some refrigerated so it's ready to go upon arrival if someone would like that.

clean and smelled great. wonderful pool.

website advertised hot tub, and there was none. the breakfast was not included in the stay and was $8 for my daughters bowl of dry cereal.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and room 233 back side of building, loud machine ran all night. And You have to pay for hot breakfast👎🏻

Very nice. Friendly staff. Location was good for us near 64. Buffet was just ok. We went later tho.
