There weren’t any blankets, sheets or pillows for the sofa bed and only a sheet-like blanket for the bed. When asked a set of sheets and one blanket was all that was available. But I get it….this is an extended stay facility where customer likely bring their own bedding , whereas we were here because a prolonged storm-related power outage so we brought very little with us. Regardless it was a pleasant, economical stay.

The location was a little wonky. (Across the highway from consumer businesses in an industrial area) But not bad by any means, it's just tucked a little out of the way in an industrial area. The room was clean and comfortable and all of the staff were SO nice and efficient. We'll definitely stay again.

I really like the staff they have all been super friendly and very helpful I greatly appreciate it myself and my son are going through a rough time and staying here make the situation bareable I want to thank the staff for being so great

I love everything about this hotel

It was just like being at home. Very comfortable

Only thing I didn't like...is that staff should always check those couch let out beds to make sure last guest didn't leave anything in there or make a mess on mattress. I was going to let the kids sleep on let out couch and they unfolded it half way back and there was a woman's pad that was in there

There were some repairs that they should fix so it would be worth the cost of the room. Other than that it was great. The staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The location a bit out of the way but perfect for us. The front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. Parking was a breeze.

their pool was closed and they didn't mention it. The kids were VERY disappointed. The first room we got had the air conditioner leaking all over the carpet and the refrigerator froze everything even at the lowest setting. Fortunately we were moved to another room . The breakfast was kinda a joke. So don't count on anything decent. Make sure you go to the booking site because their rate was way higher.

The staff at this location is amazing love staying here

The only thing is the hot water wasn't very hot in the bathroom but the maintenance guy did everything he could do so I can't really complain

Washer and dryers broken and had to walk to other buolding to do laundry
