I really enjoyed the entertainment that's included here at the Americas Best Value Inn hotel along with the free quality sources of breakfast that's available here and the exceptional comfort that's here as well!

The only issue that I usually can't tolerate is when random other guests who are here make disruptive and obnoxious noise making above from an upper level room and mid slamming doors in loud disrespectful ways!

Location was good, breakfast could have had a hot bar and more selections

Breakfast bar, Entry and exit doors should open from the outside also, went outside to the table and benches to sit outside and could not get back in the door when it started raining and had to walk around the entire building from the back to the front door in the rain.‼️The awning over the door going to the pool has a huge hole in it and when I opened the door for another person I got soak and wet from the rain.‼️

The room was big . The bed was big and comfortable. They had coffee maker, microwave ,and a tiny fridge in the room.

That I couldn't find the trash can. The pool was open and we didn't know until it was later in the day. Way to fix it would be simply letting your check ins know when they sign in. Oh and it was 4 dollars to wash clothes.

I really enjoyed the location of the room that I was placed in, the breakfast as usual, and the comfort level of the room itself.

I didn't enjoy the other random guests making obnoxious clump noises through the hallway on the second floor along with the constant door slamming.

The property was clean and welcoming. We enjoy our evening of quiet and relaxing Doors need more security. Workers show interest welcoming interested making us welcome would like to see the pool open, just so we can sit by the water or dandle our feet in the water.

Make the doors more secure.

We have stayed here in the past and have never had a bad stay. The rooms are larger than the average rooms at other hotels. This is an older property, formerly the Oak Grove Inn, and the interior is still the same. The staff here is very nice and are eager to help if you need anything. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. There is a nice little fitness room, 2 nice sets of stackable washers and dryers for guest use that are not expensive to use, a game room for adults and a free continental breakfast. Our room had a new ac unit, a new refrigerator, a nice sized microwave and a new flat screen tv with has more channels to choose from than most other hotels. Our last stay was in February and since then we have seen improvements made around the hotel. There are ice machines on every floor, which a lot of newer hotels no longer have. Each time we have stayed we never had an issue with noise, it has always been quiet. Yes, they charge a $50 deposit but most hotels do charge a deposit for incidentals and they have a few smoking rooms, which they understandably charge an additional $50 deposit. We have never had an issue getting our deposit back. The pool hasn't been open since it was the Oak Grove Inn, but it's an outdoor pool and it's possible the pool is in need of repair and the owners don't want the liability. There are 2 nice options for swimming within a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The location is great! It is right by Hwy. 55 and Hwy 255/270. There are lots of food options nearby, a car wash, gas stations, Walgreens, CVS and retail stores. There are always officers that drive around so we have never felt unsafe. The negative reviews this hotel has received are exaggerated and unfair. The prices are very reasonable for this area and for the size of the room. I also appreciate the desk clerk asking for an id if you need to get your room key reactivated, which I have done several times by putting the key near my cell phone.

The employees were great the pool was awesome you could shop your little heart you can walk to the mall it has restaurants clothing stores cell phone service there was something to do for anyone you had with you .

Large desk was appreciated for workspace.

Restroom fan light is extremely loud. Not clean behind/underneath refrigerator. Needing to move away from wall for more laptop space.

I like that the front desk attendant was willing to help me if needed. And that even though it was check out time the next day I was still able to sit in the front lobby until my ride was there to pick me up.

It was a nice experience so no complaints.

The hotel seemed worth the value and everything seemed smooth

The beds were too soft, can be a bit more hard so the body remains in balance
