This was a great location and you are getting everything you would want in a hotel. Complementary breakfast, a pool, and microwave and refrigerator in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The toilet in the room started backing up randomly (no one used the bathroom so I don’t know how it happened) and would not flush. We couldn’t use the bathroom all night and had to go to the first floor to use the bathroom because all the rooms were booked. Also the water pressure in the shower was not the best.

This Best Western Plus has nice and newly renovated rooms. The King Suite room was very big, comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast is better than most other comparable hotels. Best bed I've ever slept on, not to mention easy access to the interstate. Indoor pool a plus as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

It was very nice and actually after staying here we booked following week to stay again there We live in Kansas City and our doctors are actually at Barnes in St Louis Mo

I wish the shower head was better other than that it was great We just came to St Louis for wedding and stayed Hilton in Frontenac and your hotel was nicer

When I got into & out of bed, it was a little like train sounds (metal? sounds like thunder) I dont like a room that someone could see in the bathroom from front door. This being said, my visit was very nice, thank you.

The rooms were beautiful & clean!!

We came in late and asked for a late check-out. The gentleman working the desk said that was fine. The next morning the next person working desk said we don't do late check-outs it will cost $46. (this was also on a weekday, not a weekend)That is crazy for one hour when the stay itself was around $110.

Really good breakfast with a surprising amount of variety. They also had a little snack bar in the evening that was complimentary! The kids loved the 24/7 soft serve, probably a little too much. Rooms were clean and the receptionists were very friendly.

They were finishing up some work on the ceiling tiles.

Stuff like towels and kleenex on the grab bars. Couldn't use wifi due to my security package saying it was not secure.

Nice quiet place right off the highway. Booked last minute to get out of the snow storm on the highway. Rates were reasonable and value for the money was impeccable. Good breakfast with a super fancy coffee machine just like Starbucks which I’ve never seen at a hotel before.

Everything was great

It’s clean, modern, new furniture,comfortable bed, large screen TV, better than average breakfast and located in a nice area and the staff are friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

You get a little Interstate traffic noise but you get that from any hotel in a large city.

Not having carpet on the floors. The laminate type flooring seemed so much cleaner. The friendly staff and helpful staff.

The gravy for yhe breakfast bar was made with maple flavor sausage. We didn't like that combination. The rest of the food was good though.
