Hotel staff were very helpful and respectful - both the front desk people and the people who prepared/cleaned the rooms. The room was fine each time we stayed, although first floor is always more convenient that fourth floor. Breakfast generally had good variety - although, may I suggest adding scrambled eggs to the menu?

Nothing of any consequence that I could think of. Ques: is there a special discounted rate for those who stayed there before or for several previous visits? If not, that would be a good thing to include.

We loved this hotel! It is truly French chateau boutique hotel! The beds were soft and SO comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the room, fridge and microwave and coffee and tea; shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in the bath room. Even a makeup towel! Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. We loved the area! Great value. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, really. Breakfast is light. Advertised as continental. They have the waffle makers, with lots of topping choices! A big variety of options for breakfast. They have yogurt and granola bars, along with cereal and oatmeal. Several juices to pick from. Microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Would love to see more fresh options for breakfast, but can’t really complain, as there was a good variety.

Very clean room. Bed was comfortable. Shower and bath was extremely clean—-enough that I took a nice long bubble bath. Was very safe with no harm. Police Department is across the street. Booked on booking.com where the cost was half of what the hotel site listed. Staff was very kind. Complimentary breakfast was waffles, fruit and packages of biscuits that are heated in the microwave. Three choices of juices, milk and coffee. Highly recommend.

Nothing to note

I loved our stay here. The facility was clean, comfortable and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good. The beds may have been the most comfortable that I've ever slept on and the room was very nice. I requested an upper floor with a balcony and they gave us exactly that. Great service, great staff and a great stay. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family and I would definitely stay again.

There was nothing to dislike

The hotel is in a great location! Clean, quiet, and safe area. This is my go-to when I am working in the St Louis area. It is worth the little bit of a commute to stay somewhere nice without having to worry about some of the issues you encounter in STL or Clayton downtown areas.

The only room for improvement is in the breakfast area. The breakfast does have everyone's favorite waffles though.

It's a lovely place in a lovely town. I only stayed for the night, therefore chose their cheapest option & got a connection room that looked at the parking lot which I wasn't the happiest about but it is what it is I guess. The place felt clean & orderly.

It was a challenge to figure out how to turn on the hot water for the shower, turns out it's the blue one. Also the tv in the room was angled.

Very beautiful hotel in a very clean, well-kept area outside of the city of St. Louis where it's quiet and feels like you're getting away to a secluded area, but you're about 45 minutes outside of metro St. Louis.

We had a jacuzzi room with a king bed. The jacuzzi was fantastic and relaxing but the bed was way too soft! It was hard to rest as the mattress was not supportive enough.

Nice , safe area. Very clean and comfortable room. Bed was great, room was quiet. Front desk Very nice and accommodating. Walked to the a restaurant a few blocks away at night. Very safe area. If you want to stay overnight on the St. Louis area, Yes. Stay here for sure!

The complimentary breakfast was so so for a facility of that caliber. It was a "serve yourself" breakfast, which is fine, but the choices were extremely limited and food tasted like you hit it from a vending machine . Very disappointing. But I gave thus hotel 5 stars because I really don't expect a free breakfast from a hotel.

Excellent breakfast with vegetarian and vegan options. Absolutely wonderful staff. They found a forgotten item and actually called me at home to return it to me. Absolutely stellar service. Location is perfect with safe walking and a farmer's market on the weekend. Theatre and restaurants near by. Covered parking- free.

There isn't anything not to like.

Love the location very quieter than the city , the staff were very polite and recommended good restaurants near by. The continental breakfast was a litttle let down , however fresh waffles and cereal were amazing. The hot tub small, was good enough. Thank you very much for the comfort and the relaxing weekend.
