The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. Their professional attire, constant smiles at the front desk, and their friendly and helpful demeanor made our stay memorable. We are grateful for their service. Todd Brasken was a staff member who made our stay extra special. He was very fast and efficient in cleaning and preparing tables at breakfast, took time to talk to us and recommended attractions to see during our visit in St. Louis, and he was always ready to bring a highchair to our table for our baby to sit in. The highchairs were easy to use, and my son had no complaints about sitting in them, unlike in other public facilities. I liked the location of this hotel. Though a little way out from downtown St. Louis, it was in a safe and clean area and provided easy access to the city through I-65. Driving and traffic were consistently much better than Route 40 (the other main road into St. Louis). The rooms were spacious. I loved that we had a sofa! Wifi was fast and worked great. The lobby has great bakery treats on sale all day long. There is always something sweet to eat, no matter the time of day. Breakfast was one of the best meals we have had at American hotels. They offer a little bit of everything. We enjoyed self-serve yogurt parfaits every morning. I plan to stay here again when we come back to St. Louis

The king bed was a little smaller than we expected, but we made it work. The pool was chilly and did not appear to be heated. There was no microwave in our room.

I loved how nice the staff was, the fact that there was accesible computers for business, and the comfort of the rooms. I thought it was wonderful that the Hyatt Place offered Starbucks and a delicious breakfast. Finally, I appreciated the cleanliness of the environment and consideration of the company by creating a quite time. I will definitely recommend this hotel to co-workers, friends, and family.

There were no microwaves in the rooms, but honestly this was not a great loss. It encouraged me to explore and seek healthy food alternatives.

This is a lovely property with a wonderful breakfast and truly amazing management, which I believe filtered down into the rest of the staff. Manager was absolutely awesome and worked as hard as any of the staff clearing dishes and doing everything. He was always kind and friendly and greeted everyone who came in or joined for breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like was the quality of the bed. It was a little squishy and unsupportive, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat because everything else was so fantastic.

Very nice property with lots of amenities. Very courteous staff. Though the weekend I stayed there was some type of kid's baseball/dance tournament and as you can imagine they were running rampant as if it was a summer camp without any parents caring how loud and obnoxious their running around and shouting at the top of their lungs.

Overall the stay was pleasant. It was a clean hotel with friendly staff.

The beds weren’t very comfortable. They felt like they were sinking in the middle and on the sides, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, this made the stay less enjoyable.

Room was very clean and a nice size for 3 people. The sitting area with a TV you could angle and see from either the beds or the sofa was a nice touch. The wifi worked well. The bathroom was a good size and had good counter space. Location was perfect for us, right off the highway and close to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel lobby was clean, staff were attentive, and breakfast was basic but fine.

Only things we thought would have improved our stay was to have had a microwave in the room (there was a mini fridge only) and better pillows - each bed had 3 pillows but they were all so soft that you almost needed all 3 for one person.

Staff was completely professional and responsive to anything needed or asked. I'm not just typing a cliche review about this place. They legitimately are a very well ran establishment. The breakfast was comparable to IHOP literally. I've never stayed somewhere that serves the breakfast like the Hyatt did. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location and everything about this place is excellent.

Parking was a bit ridiculous, the parking lot didn’t make much sense and there wasn’t much of a sidewalk in the front of the building. We found the side entrance more convenient.

The property was beautiful, clean, and in a good location. The staff was amazingly friendly.

There was a mildew smell when we first walked into our room every single time, but we assumed it was children going swimming and leaving wet towels on the carpet.

Newer, clean and nice staff. The mall in the parking lot is closed and that sucks. The property is next to a Drury and a great steak restaurant and has an awesome parking garage.

construction, I could not use the gym. This has been going on a little long, I was there for a few weeks before and sign said it should have been completed. But overall is was a nice place
