The gentleman who checked me in has a fantastic manner about him. He was very personable. The coffee in the morning was very good. All the staff we encountered from the room attendants to the front desk were all very warm and friendly. The floor was not carpeted... this is a good thing when traveling with pets. I appreciated that.

The person in the room next to us had an alarm going off very early in the morning and it just kept blaring for way too long. This of course is not the fault of the hotel. But I did wonder if it was set and then the person left.. just for fun to disturb other people's sleep. That and we smelled what we think was marijuana by the back/side entrance nearest our room 142.. also not the hotel's fault.

I liked the courteous staff upon check-in as there were several hasty customers that seemed to be a bit rude from the Railroad but staff handled them properly. The Location of the hotel was on point, the spacious area al throughout the hotel was great! The Free Birthday Breakfast was even better, Thank you! The respected quiet time hours we love.

The floors were not swept or sanitized in the room. While sitting in our room Hospitality opened our door not knowing we were in the room kind of startled us, although he came right on time to sweep the floors. The bed had some sort of white substance on it we had to dust it off.

The front desk staff was exceptional. They were accommodating any needs you have. They went over and beyond to ensure you had a pleasant stay. The rooms were also great. Parking was good as well. The hotel has a lot of places close by.

Sometimes it was hard to communicate with cleaning staff due to language barrier.

The hotel staff were great and very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant staff were horrible. We had to wait to get waited on and there was only one family in the dinning aw when we came in. A man came in after us, he was waited on right away and was done eating before we even got our food. The waitress was very rude and I had to track her down to get our bill. I would definitely recommend staying away from that restaurant.

Had an issue with my room and they were very accommodating giving me a different room that fit my exact needs.

We had a good time at the pool until there were some older boys playing ruff in the pool around the smaller children and a boy was hit in the nose bleeding in the pool so due to him washing his bloody nose out in the pool I made my children exit the pool immediately

Pool was nice and had a big shallow area for children. Rooms were clean, no carpet, bed comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price. Elevator 2 would open the door and then drop an inch.

I loved the room and the overall property & the staff were super sweet!

The fact that the parking is open to everyone including people going to the restaurant attached so it was pretty hard to find parking around 4pm-10:30pm

the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed w!s fairly comfortable.

Shower was very small for a roll in handicap shower. I had asked for a shshower chair but guess one wasn't available.

Absolutely everything! Great gym. Pool area is beautiful. Coffee is always full and hot.

This hotel was very clean and cute. It had a retro vibe to it from Route 66. We would definitely stay there again. It was very convenient to our family.
