It was in a great location. The customer service was accommodating in adjusting the reservation.

This location did not have the shower/tub combo in their rooms, per their staff. They informed us that this location had removed all of their tubs. I called prior to booking and spoke with someone (reservationist) at this location that they had shower/tub combo bathrooms; there was no mention of the construction that was going on either. My partner has a medical condition that requires him to use the tub to soak twice a day.

Didn't have time for breakfast. Had treatment at Barnes and this location is super close and pet friendly! Unfortunately, my schedule prohibited us from taking advantage of the free dinner and drinks as well as the breakfast. Had appts. both night and next morning.

The beds were not comfy. Brought our dog and we heard doors slamming all night long which woke the dog and made him bark (not bad but just waking up a lot)

Tv was going out in room. 2nd room the volume wasnt working. Had to mo e rooms as the air conditioner would not cool room down. No repairman.after 5 to check air conditioner so had to move down hall. Was inconvenient as I had to.mo e it all since daughter was having a medical procedure to prep for.

Great selection, quality and preparation were exceptional! The staff throughout were so warm, welcoming and helpful! The extras were great, soda, popcorn and the 5:30 happy hour spread and drinks, unbelievably delicious.The entire facility was clean and beyond expectations! Exceptional! You should be proud!

It was really nice and staff were amazing and they were so sweet and have an amazing staff there and when we got there they were nice and friendly to check us in and quick and as we were tired and hungry and they have supper already there free food with our rate and free breakfast too so it was plus and we love that place and definitely we will stay in the future

The rooms were super clean. Stayed in a newly renovated room. The beds were amazing. The food was good. It was quiet and pleasant!

Everything except the reception wasnt as good as normal. The elevators were disgusting but please keep in mind they were renovating. But still needed attention. There was things that needed attention.

Visiting family who live very close to the hotel. I was disappointed that the pool was closed and so much construction was going on, but the construction didn't really cause any issues, and it will look great when it's done. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and the food was great! I missed the free dinner both nights, but breakfast was delicious.

I always stay at this Drury Inn when I come to St.Louis, which is several times a year. I will return twice in January 2025. Location is perfect for where I need to be while in town and also for when I return home. Staff are always very friendly and bend over backwards to meet my needs. Breakfasts are tasty.

Can't think of what that might be. Been coming there for several years now and see no reason to change.

Booked a few nights while my dad was in the hospital so that me and my Mom would have a comfortable place to rest. It was very quiet in the room, and perfectly comfortable. I wasn’t able to try the breakfast, however I did SEE it and it looked very good! Staff was very attentive and helpful when I needed to extend my booking a night so that my mom could get some sleep, as she would not go very far from my dad. I also liked that the hotel was connected to a restaurant, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

I requested a handicapped room and it was perfect. Closet rods, tub sides were lower giving me easy access, the commode was taller, like my commodes at home and there were plenty of outlets for medical devices. AND breakfast is hot and varied and a complimentary dinner is served if you are not going out. That’s great value for your dollar.
