The staff were lovely. I left my wallet and they accommodated shipping it back to me. Everything was taken care of for us during our stay and our questions were answered.

The walls had a weird white substance on them. It looked like the remnants of Sheetrock mud. The location wasn’t great. It was in a sort of industrial district and far away from some of the different activities.

Modern hotel. I liked the layout of the microwave and mini fridge that was tucked in a nook by the closet. The walk in shower was very nice. I really like the dog free mirror

The bathroom was clean but there was what looked like drywall mud stains on the wallpaper. The sink was in the bathroom which was good for a solo traveler though inconvenient if traveling with more people.

I truly enjoyed the courteous of the Staff and their willingness to assist me in everything I needed. Cleanliness of the Facility and the room was superb... Last but not least, the breakfast and the timeliness of the cook. She had the food prepared and put out 10 minutes before the actual breakfast. Great selection of food... Fairfield is a great establishment that I will definitely revisit again. THA

The staff, the one that I spoke with, was great. The front desk attendant. I believe her name was Jennifer. She was helpful. Other than that, there aren't many staff present in customer view. The room was ok. Long and narrow. I guess I'm used to a more spacious room. I like the two tier level design of the room & the couch.

There wasn't much that stands out that I strongly disliked. But, like I said, the room was narrow and seemed kind of closed in. 8 out of 10 I feel is fair. For Fairfield.

Upon arrival we were greeted by 2 very friendly, courteous and helpful staff members. I must say that everyone we encountered that worked there had a smile on their face and was willing to go that extra mile for us. It was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area. I highly recommend Fairfield Inn and Suites.

Very family friendly environment! We will definitely be coming back! We had 4 babies 5 and under and everyone here was very exceptionally respectful and understanding with the babies!They loved the pool!

Lobby was welcoming and nice. Pool was clean and my kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety.

Rooms were a tad dated and beds weren't super comfy.

A very nice facility compared to other hotels in a similar price range. Also a above par gym by comparison.

I killed three inch long worms around the base of the toilet. You need insect control. Breakfast was not hot, but room temp at best. The front desk clerk at check in was a very surly young man who might do better at a job where he doesn’t have to meet the public. Or maybe some training on how to deal with other humans. The young lady at check-out on the other hand was quite friendly. Maybe she could give the young man some tips.

The best part about this place was the staff! 💕They were all so friendly and helpful. Seriously the best staff of anywhere I’ve ever stayed and I’ve stayed at several high end resorts (where you come with the expectation of “you get what you paid for”). Those ladies deserve a raise!

Everything about the property. It was centrally located to restaurants, gas stations and most importantly the highway. The staff was awesome and welcoming. Terry Johnson and the rest of the hospitality crew made my wife and I feel as if we had checked in to our own home! Thanks and we are looking forward to the next time!

There were no complaints on our end. Our room was nice and comfortable. And the hotel itself, is centrally located. We will be booking there again.
