Majority of the staff was phenomenal. The young lady that checked us in physically showed us 2 different rooms to make sure we were fully accommodated while we were there for my Grandmother's funeral.

The man that answered the phone prior to our arrival could've had a little more etiquette. He was also present during the middle shift and morning shift during our stay. He could've been more accommodating when I asked for a water being as though I've been a Hilton Honors member for many years.

Breakfast was good they just run out of food and beverages. A large group of students was staying in and they ate quite a bit once management was advised of situation they replenish the food and drinks.

My shower was not working, It was a good thing I was not in a rush, the plumber was called and came in within 5 minutes and patched it up. I notified de front desk, it needed additional attention to prevent someone from having an accident, water would not shut off very easy and it got very hot while trying to close it up.

The lobby was clean , room was clean and great however when I initially called to book the person I spoke with made it very difficult to book-Even when I came to the hotel personally. Other than that the room was clean and comfy. Best feature was the bathroom

Front desk receptionists- Short answers , no smiling.

Great location if attending a show at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. There's a gas station and a Waffle House nearby, so we didn't have to wander around for anything.

I wish the breakfast area had been bigger and more well stocked. However, I do wonder if this will be the case since the hotel was mid-remodel

Easy to find and get to. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door to a very clean lobby.

Room doors were extremely heavy and our beds weren't made. The pillows and blankets were just tossed on the table not even folded.

It was close to the area where our event was.

Our “blind” was a piece of white paper crinkled up to look like a blind. It instantly had the room lit up by 3am in the morning when the sun came out. The ice machine was constantly out of ice and the elevators were rough.

It was very close to the restaurant that I like

not enough handicap parking up front. I am disabled, and I had a park close to the back.
