The staff was cautious and friendly. We constantly saw them cleaning, and making sure the common areas looked nice and smelled fresh. We asked the our linen be changed due to my niece spilling tea on her bed. They came in and did both beds without hesitation. Breakfast was really good.

The breakfast on the weekend went really fast. This was no fault of the staff. It was due to the hungry guest. I did ask if they could bring out more eggs which they did. Guest piled up the trash cans by the elevator overnight and had trash spilling out. Again not fault of the staff.

Location is great. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

The breakfast area was not very clean, it seemed like they only cleaned it towards the end. The eggs are those premade, prepackaged round eggs that are kind of rubbery. The coffee was very weak and there was a coffee machine that makes individual cups right next to the pot they filled, but it didn't work. The staff at the desk spoke English, but the housekeeping staff did not, and not even Spanish, they spoke some other language from another country.

I traveled from Kansas City to see Pierce the Veil concert and stayed 2 nights at the hotel. The maintenance man that worked on 6/07/25 through 6/09/2025 was excellent. He helped us when our battery died on our car. And he installed our TV , he was so nice ,friendly and helpful! We were in room 411. Everything about the hotel was great!

Loved the location to the amphitheater where we saw a concert, staff was friendly, & hotel was clean.

Not a major inconvenience necessarily, but check-in was at 3pm, my party & and I arrived after the posted check-in time to find my room wasn't available, but theirs was. Was told I would get a call when the room was ready but did not. Had to go back in & ask for myself. However, this small negative would not keep me from staying here again!

Clean, quite, parking and location was what we wanted. We felt safe there. Seems like hotels always have the worse TV service and there wasn’t great but at least this one had a guide so you could find a few channels to watch.

Day 1 they must have cut grass and a lot of it ended up in the pool. Use a grass catcher. Day 2 staff cleaned the grass out of the pool but they had no towels out. Check out day the elevator didn’t work. No note posted on elevator. We stayed 3 nights so we had a cooler etc and had to haul it down 3 flights of steps. Ok if your 20 not for two 60 year old women. Beds are very soft and we like it firm but we slept ok.

it was a mistake in the date that I had on my reservation from a two-day to one day and when I contacted the hotel and also booking.com to tell him that I got charged for the room once I came in on the 28th of September the hotel did an excellent job of tell me that says I got charged for the room a day early and I wasn't supposed to then when I check in on the 28th I didn't have to pay for anything

The location was good for where we were going. We really liked that there was a restaurant next door and gas station across the street. The room was clean and seemed to have been recently upgraded. No carpet on the floors and a really nice tiled bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

At check in I (I am hearing impaired) had a little trouble understanding the young man who checked me in. I know this is not his problem completely. It would be better if the staff would communicate in sentences rather than just one word questions. "ID?" "Car?" Other than that is was a good hotel. We did not eat breakfast as we slept in.

Breakfast was more than we expected. A big compliment goes to Norman, who did a great job with the food bar and keeping everything spotless. He went beyond what we have observed at other motels. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable.

The very loud air conditioning system-it ran noisily all night.

The staff is super friendly and very respectful. Dimple and every single desk staff I interacted with are super nice. I would visit this property again in future as this is within walkable location to my office

It’s really not a complaint but Coffee wasn’t warm on the day when I checked out. May be I checked out early in the morning

Close to the Airport and gas stations. I also loved the package deal I got with 2 rooms close together, comfortable, clean, and the fact that it included breakfast.

The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast (meat) running out too soon, before the end time. Other than that, everything else was excellent!
