It is outdated but comfy and clean. Nice staff. They were wonderful. And very nice people all around. Some workers at the Funny Bone were very rude. There were 23 of us and prob $2,000 in tickets and drinks. No one was bad or intoxicated. It was just 3 men trying to use power. My son was reading his phone and one of them walked up and slammed it down. Said he couldn’t check his phone. We were in no one’s way and on the side up on an area , so we were not on the floor making a loud sound. The waitress was wonderful and apologized profusely. The 3 guys working were just rude and hateful. I even have videos. It’s not good for business.

Very clean, great room service, spacious suite, free parking, nice wet bar space in junior suite, great for a romantic getaway. Pool available, mostly kids. Friendly & helpful staff.

Suite was on floor 1, not an upper floor. Hard to tell Westport Sheraton from Sheraton Chalet. No free breakfast, restaurant only.

I loved the locations, friendliness of staff, amenities....

There were 4 people set to stay in our room. There were only 2 bottles of water, 2 coffee cups, 2 water cups and 3 bath towels provided.

The lady that check us in and the maintenance who took it upon himself to show me from the garage to the lobby and then helped us with our bags. He was great

Well I had and hope it gets resolved but I booked tge room on the internet with booking .com and sone how it happened twice and they charged by card twice and it was discovered when I checked in and your staff at the hotel said since it was a 3 rd party booking I had to contact them direct fir a refund

The room was clean and the location is excellent.

The room walls are a little thin, I guess my TV was was up to loud. I was told by the front desk,the room next to me can hear me talking or my TV was on..

All three ladies at the front desk are the best. I only remember Trish name, but the lady from India and the other lady with the mask on were very helpful. The lady in the restaurant was great at 6 a.m
