The property is in a nice area of St. Louis County with convenient stores and restaurants nearby along with easy access to express ways and highways. It also looks very nice, somewhat brand new even. I heard it was recently renovated.

When we entered our room, we noticed some very noticeable spots of dirt around the room. Not extremely visible but enough to be seen. However l, when we notified the staff, they were quick and polite in their response to fix the issues.

I liked the renovations, upgrades, CLEANLINESS, and overall comfort. It was practical, but with a touch of luxury added.

I didn't like that nothing was complimentary. There is a nice restaurant on the property across from the front desk area; however, it is off the menu only. Also, we would have wanted breakfast on Saturday morning before we checked, out, but it was completely closed. They are clearly missing revenue opportunities on this aspect of the customer experience.

Front desk staff (Gwendolyn I think) was lovely, rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. It appears to be newly renovated so it is much nicer than the pictures (bathrooms have glass doors, not gross curtains, for instance).

No water in the room and the little market in the lobby has nothing in it really.

Check-in was quick, the beds were very comfortable, housekeeping didn’t come around until close to check out, the shower had plenty of room.

My toilet kept running. When I walked in from checking in, it was running and did not stop from then to when I left the next morning and the fridge in the room froze everything inside.

The breakfast is good.

The restaurant staff didn't seem excited to be there. Perhaps they could be a little happier with their work if they interacted more positively with customers. The women at the hotel desk were extremely nice and helpful.

The staff was so helpful and very pleasant. Our room was very cozy and clean, and was located perfectly. Breakfast was very delicious! We would definitely use this location again. And would recommend to friends traveling to that area.

The elevator was out of service when we were there, but that's just a minor inconvenience. It did not impact our stay.

The property was recently remodeled and was in impeccable condition. I've stayed in a lot of "remodeled" hotels before but it looked brand new!

clean , friendly staff , John KACOS who checked me in was so kind , professional & very informative . but far one of my best experiences in a hotel in a longtime as well as one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in . Their hospitality was on point ! thank u 😊

that the ice machines on each floor was broke

Check in was so fast and inviting.. The young lady checked me in expeditiously & was very very pleasant. I know a Hotel is Supposed to be clean. But This was AWESOME. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The living room was so spacious. The balcony was so peaceful. I really really enjoyed myself.

I didn't like that I had to leave. I am definitely staying here again when I come back.
