Really wasn't much of a breakfast. A few packaged chocolate and blueberry muffins in a basket, a few packets of hot chocolate mix and instant oatmeal, and a coffee machine and a hot water dispenser. None of this was available after 9 am, though. I can see, obviously, shutting down the food service at a certain point (preferably a little later than 9 am, for those weary travelers who want to sleep in a bit longer after a long trip) if you're serving real food (bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and so on), but I see no reason why a basket of packaged muffins and coffee and hot water dispenser couldn't remain available 24/7.

The "breakfast" selection. See above. It was also annoying that my key card would only work for a day or so, and then I had to keep going back to the desk to get it reprogrammed.

More could be given for breakfast, not just a breakfast bar, muffins and coffee. At times there is not enough if there are many guests. And for the price of the rooms more could be included in the breakfast items being offered.

Did not like that rooms are not cleaned daily. Towels and sheets must be collected and changed by the guest and sometimes there is no time to do this, especially if the guest has to be away for most of the day coming back late.

Everything was nice the staff were helpful

The other guest in the room next to me was I guess cooking something that smelled awful. They were constantly up and down the hall running to the fitness room with their door left open to where the smell was the whole hallway and by my door. Thankfully I always keep air freshener and disinfectant.

it wasn't to far away to travel to places.

I left my purse there. I called and the staff said they had found it. Mr. Orlando was very helpful. I had to pay for it to be shipped back to me. I thank God that they had found it.

The breakfast was surprisingly healthy, with oatmeal, grits, and granola bars that a gluten-free person could eat. They provided all the kitchen things we needed so we could cook in our room.

Some dish soap would have been nice. We used shampoo. The breakfast was not as complete as some places which provide fruit, juice, and eggs, etc. but was fine for us and we did not expect a hot full breakfast.

Staff very nice and friendly, clean spacious room for the value.

luckily we left our dogs home because you aren’t allowed to bring dogs though lobby or use elevator. I see this being a problem for many.

The front desk person (Lisa) went above and beyond when checking us in. When the double queen room was unavailable she set up two rooms (my son loved it) for the same price and made sure we were settled in. Room had nice kitchenettes and comfortable bed. A good night's sleep on the road.

Very spacious room with great set up. It was spotless clean. Had all the amneties one would need. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Brie (hopefully I rembered her name correctly) who was very warm and accomodating. Highly reccomend booking this hotel especially considering the price.

Rooms are not very quite and you can hear some of the noises guests make in the corridors.

The staff was very helpful. Lisa checked us in and called the room to see if everything was OK. We asked for another pillow and she brought it too us when I would gladly have gone and got it. The person who checked us out was also very friendly.

It was good for a one night stay! Probably wouldn’t stay a whole weekend but for $100 we got exactly what we were expecting. Honestly it was much cleaner than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at!

They should consider smart tvs though so guests could watch Netflix & other streaming services.
